Mayfair world cup village is an excellent property. It was my official visit to rourkela. The room was comfortable with all amenities. There is a beautiful swimming pool for relaxation. And another swimming pool for training. The gym is also spacious and well equipped. The best part of the place is its cordial and caring staff. Excellent hospitality. Prompt service and response. Overall it was an excellent experience.

They do not understand the basic concepts of hospitality. Very disappointing staff,especially at the reception. Now coming to my stay, I had a train to catch after my checkout which was delayed by 6hrs. Although I requested for late checkout which they refused as per their hotel policy (not even an hour), that's still okay and i checked out and had to wait at the reception the whole day as there was nothing else to do and the city was also new for me. Even after complaining thrice, they didn't switch on the ac of the side of reception waiting area where I was sitting and every time told me its on, the last time when I lost my cool they accepted that the ac was off but still didn't do anything. I had to leave as I started feeling sick there, probably they wanted that only that I leave earlier. I cant believe this is a 4star hotel. At breakfast it took them 1/2hr for a cheese omelette and ice for juice. There could be delay for whatsoever reason, but have the decency to tell the customer that, you cant mislead every time I enquire. In general ,room was okay & clean, although ac was put in such a way you need both fan & ac for room to cool. Food is nice, and quantity is ok for the price. Restaurant staff is courteous but succumb in rush hour.

Property is located in good location. Very near to railway station. Environment is good. Friendly staff. Good and safe hotel for couples. Local ids acceptable. Only thing i didn't like about the hotel is the price. Rooms are too small for rs 1800 and lack of amenities in room. No intercom, no hot or cold water facilities.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was good, the location was convenient, and the service was excellent. I was particularly impressed by the receptionist, whose behavior and nature were outstanding. Highly recommended!

I have previously lodged at this establishment on multiple occasions, and i would like to express a few concerns regarding the lack of adequate provisions for charging electronic devices such as mobile phones and laptops. In order to charge the device, it is necessary to utilize a pencil to insert it into the larger openings of the plugs. Alternatively, one may contact the reception personnel for assistance. May i inquire about the methods you employ to manage your time effectively in order to accomplish such tasks? according to established norms, it is mandatory to provide charging facilities. The situation lacks fairness.

Hotel not luxury and not good for living. The reception desk person is not available anytime if any hesitation hotel boy said ”manager nahi hai mobile yahi chhodke *** e ” ac not working fan not working.
