Передаю привет , жирной женщине которая не дала отнести в номер орешки для ребенка . Пускай так и дальше делает , портит репутацию. Пусть пойдет лучше в тренажорку

Service Personal nett und freundlich , Zimmer ausreichend , Essen geht so aber zum Ende der Saison kann man evtl nichts mehr erwarten . Lobby Bar war zu oft nur Pause , Pool Bar freundliche Bedienung . Liegen am Pool ab 9.00 Uhr bereits mit vielen Handtüchern belegt. Frechheit ! Getränke am Pool nur in billigen, dünnen Plastikbechern . Die Lage des Hotels direkt am Strand ist aber einfach super !

Ein Hotel mit einem tollen Meerblick. Zimmer sind sauber und das Essen reichlich und lecker. Der kleine Kinderbereich mit Spielplatz und Pool hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Auf "Beschwerden" wurde sofort reagiert und auch abgestellt. Preis/Leistung absolut Top.

Отдыхали с15.06-09.07.23 все включено, отель отличный, великолепный приятный персонал, номера просторные большой балкон, каждый день убирали, белье и полотенца белоснежные, питание очень вкусное, разнообразное. Один минус прохладная вода в бассейне. А самый большой плюс отеля - на берегу моря.

Взяли деньги за поселение раннее 50$,не пустили в столовую в обедать,накричала администратор и унизила при других гостях.Нет понимания со стороны руководства,ничего не объясняют.минус 5 звезд отель,не рекомендуем

Had a great time. Was at very end of season so hotel was very quiet. Great location as its right on the beach front and close to multiple bars and restaurants and a short walk to flower street. Only went bed and breakfast. Food was okay but if your expecting a full extravaganza lower your expectations. Cleaners were in every day, although our shower did seem to be built oddly which did mean the bathroom was more of a wet room. Had a Seaview room which was great. Had no issue with noise as the bars all have to move inside after midnight. If you don't like seagulls then I would go to a hotel further in land as there is alot around the hotel. Not sure about all the moaning from other reviews plenty of hotels don't have security boxes in rooms. Kettles are also cultural thing. So if your wanting everything catered to your lift back home, stay there.

How can this hotel be 4 stars??? What a joke!! Taken to room to find the balcony overlooked a concrete slab with noisy ac units on top. No thanks. Returned to reception to be told very abruptly it was an extra 15 lev per night for a sea view. Reluctantly paid it. Our next room had a lovely view but 2 single beds! No safe in room. Again abruptly told a safety deposit box at reception was another additional 7 lev per night. Bed linen not changed once in a week. Allocated 1 small toilet paper roll per day. Asked for more- what a drama! Ended up buying our own. Breakfast was rubbish. Can’t even get a decent coffee, no kettle in room. Noisy as hell so forget about sleeping until after 2am. Location great but that’s about it. Staff rude & not helpful at all. Don’t do it

Just back after a week in Glarus Hotel... rooms were nice and big air-conditioning, fridge, spotlessly clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We arrived at midnight check in was super easy and a porter took us to our room. The pool is big with 3 waterside at one end which my 15 year old loved, separate kids pool and playground. Breakfast was lovely obviously not your usual irish fry but very nice and something for everyone. Lots of lovely restaurants just outside hotel. Beach was literally on doorstep. We will definitely return

The hotel rooms were nothing like the photos at all and the shower / toilet drainage are connected so it always smelt horrendous. The breakfast was miserable with the browned fruit and lack of choice. Pool was a battle to get into. Definitely would not go again. Should have asked for a refund

We arrived late on 28th August 2025 & were shown to our room! After we put the cases down I saw a cockroach 🪳 I stood on it then went to get a tissue to pick it up, bent down to pick it up & it tried to run, but I got it & through it out! We then went out for some food! Returned a bit later! Got ready for bed Then noticed the floor felt gritty & when we looked at the bottom of our feet they were black! When I awoke in the morning I had bites on my stomach & arms! Every day after that I woke up with bites! On my eyelid! My ear! My legs! I don't know if they were bed bugs or mosquito bites! But they ruined my holiday! The glass shelf in the bathroom was covered in black dust when we ran a finger across it! In fact it turned it into the holiday from hell The passageway wall leading to our room was covered in mosquitoes 🦟! Would we go back again NOOOO!

Stayed july first impression of reception area very good but we did arrive just before midnight. .However that was the best ting I can say about this hotel. Room very shoddy in need of redecoration Iron burn on carpet dust under the TV. Corridor to room badly cleaned carpet. Lifts needed to be re callorbrated always a lip from floor to bottom of lift. Bathrooms very slippy when taking showers needs non slip paint on floor. We where only B&b and was refused ice from the bar. Cleaners appeared to spend a lot of time talking to each other in corridors. I put a pair of shorts on bedroom floor and in 14 days the cleaners made no attempt to pick them up so how can they vacuum the carpets Hotel needs closing and completley redecorated through out. BREAKFAST food was typical eastern european warm at best not much choice unless you like 3 varieties of sausage for breakfast. Was totally fuming when I saw people walking their dogs in reception even though signage said pets to be carried at all times. Dogs yapping at lot if I had known it was a pet friendly hotel I would never have booked this hotel Finally and most annoying on my last day I lost my wallet containing £145 I sent email to receptiion in hotel . They did not even have the good manners to reply

a week all inclusive housekeeping was good with the rooms cleaned every day. only 1 day without fresh towels. room fine with a handy fridge.no kettle the location. right beside entertainment and central to just about everywhere. close to the beach no hotel entertainment.the pubs straight across are the nearest but if sat in the hotel the noise of the entertainment from them clashes to make it just a rabble all inclusive drinks ok but served in thin plastic containers bar staff were good not a great choice of food.we ate out most of the time. sunbed experience. we never got one. they were gone by 8am toilets round the pool were shared with the pubs.not great toilet in reception.every time i went to use the gents there was a woman in it would i go back. that is a no

This is the worst hotel i have ever experienced. Our room was not cleaned once(we asked SEVERAL times), the food was disgusting, cold and barely edible, the staff(especially the reception) was so incredibly rude for no reason and refused to help us with any matter. The shower flooded everytime we used it and you had to hold the shower head to wash your hair, the toilet barely flushed. The wifi was horrendous and did not work 90% of the time. I am so incredibly dissapointed in this hotel and i would not reccomend it to my worst enemy.

Do not come here.. Ants in the rooms, no air con, drains in bathroom stinks, no proper shower tray so bathroom floods and have to use towels to dry and towels or beds done get changed every day.. the food is inedible, cold, same thing everyday, not much option for English people. Paid for all inclusive and had to go out to eat food as we couldn't eat the hotels food, the pool is disgusting, doesn't get cleaned, very slippy floor when getting out rhe pool no hand rails to help support. Not enough sunbeds for the capacity for the hotel guests, rude bar staff Ivan im sure he was called. Not that we ate it anyways bur not enough snacks out at snack time. sleezy bar man at the end of bridge the bar to the left, and that bridge is lethal. Tried to add late check out to the room for 6:30pm as we arent getting picked up till 8pm and check out is 11 30am we asked 3 days before check out date, and come on monday morning to be told no and had to check out at 11 30am. We will not be back to this hotel. Only good thing about this hotel is the spa had a lovely turkish bath and massage after and the location.
