This resort is exotic and luxurious, mainly with Jacuzzi and Swimming pool within a vast vegetation greenhouse. Mr. Sangeet Sundar, GM of this property is a wonderful guy who is smart enough to you always the best for his customers, thanks to him!! Mr. Sachin, FOM is always a best to all kinds of needs, appreciate him Mr. Sanaul, HOUSE KEEPING Supervisor of this property is the most creative guy and customer service oriented guy who can do anything for customers needs in best class!! Appreciate you Sanaul, great work!! Mr. Ratan and Other Front office team is awesome in servicev, Mr.Kumar is very good in doing activities Food is very Delicious and cook is awesome!! We would like to convey our heartfelt gratitude to the entire team at Windflower Resort, Coorg, for the excellent hospitality and care extended to our group during our recent stay. Our experience at the resort was exceptionally pleasant and memorable. The property is serene and beautifully maintained, offering a calm and refreshing atmosphere that allowed us to truly relax. The rooms were neat, comfortable, and well maintained, and the food served throughout our stay was very good and delicious, receiving unanimous appreciation from our team. We would especially like to acknowledge your staff, who were extremely cooperative, courteous, and attentive, making our stay smooth and enjoyable. Overall, Windflower Resort is a wonderful destination, well suited for family vacations, friends’ gatherings, and office trips, and we thoroughly enjoyed every moment spent at the property. As a small and constructive suggestion, we felt that:  Lighting could be enhanced in certain areas such as the campfire area and near the reception, and  The outdoor gaming options could be expanded, as they felt slightly limited for a large group visit. These are only minor suggestions shared in the spirit of continuous improvement and do not in any way diminish our overall excellent experience. Wonderful stay with exceptional service.” We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful hill property with stunning lake-view rooms. The views were serene, and the rooms were comfortable, making it a perfect getaway… What really stood out was the exceptional service throughout our stay. Traveling with our 5-month-old baby, we had a few extra needs, and the staff went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable at all times. A special mention to General Manager Mr.Sangeeth, the Front Office Executive, Mr. Sachin, & Restaurant Manager Mr.Manikanatan, who was extremely attentive, courteous, and proactive. Everything we needed for our outing with our baby was taken care of seamlessly. The hospitality, care, and personal attention made our stay stress-free and truly enjoyable. We would highly recommend this hotel to families, especially those traveling with infants, and look forward to visiting again… :)

Nature at its best. We recently stayed at your resort for five nights, celebrating the New Year as a family in two rooms, including senior citizens. We wanted to share our positive experience. The property is beautiful, and the service was impeccable. We were particularly impressed that the food was customized to our requirements; the staff was very hospitable and accommodating, never saying no to a request. Although the resort was undergoing upgrades, we did not experience any disturbance. The New Year's celebration was excellent, featuring many food options, and we appreciated the wine and plum cake placed in our room. The entire staff goes out of its way to ensure guest happiness. I would like to specifically thank Sachin and General Manager Sangeeth for ensuring our comfort. This is an absolutely hospitable resort. Kudos to the team!

Pathetic service, Poor food quality, variety and even taste. We have come with 3 families and had 5 kids with us. Our package included all 4 time meals. During lunch, we had to wait for 45 min to get our order. Kids have literally started for meal. None of the suit rooms which have hot water bath tub, are working properly. Despite calling 3 times to check why and where is the issue, did not get any service person for more than 1.10 hrs. At the pool, there was not security person or even care taker. Open bath area inside the rooms are dirty and invite lot of insects inside the normal bath area as well. Not recommended for families or even couples.

I visited this place between 22-25 October. Excellent Location, nestled in nature, Big resort, lavishly built long back but never maintained afterwards. Internal roads are full of potholes ( practically non existent ). Restaurant was understaffed, unhygienic with below average taste and no variety. Inadequate ( & argumentative ) staff for the size of property. Bathrooms are worst with broken bath fittings and little or no fillings for shampoo, body wash, soap etc. Room furnitures in poor condition. House cleaning and keeping poor and non responsive even after multiple callls. Room telephone and AC remote not working. Spa was like a horror place, stinky, near broken with only 2 staff in total. When tried to tell about need for major upgartion of property and properly trained staff, Reception people starts counter argument. All in all worst ever experience. Not worth visiting till management change and major updation of property.

We stayed at Coorg location with family the second time for 3 nights. Had a wonderful time. The staff took exceptional care of us and our kids, be it food or games and activities, not just kids we adults had a super fun time. Very funny and enjoyable game time in the eve. Front desk and housekeeping were super responsive and Mr.Sangeeth the GM was always on top of things, very caring and enterprising. Would definitely recommend for a fun family time.

Nice property on the climb towards Coorg and past the town of Kushalnagar. Located amidst a 19 acre coffee estate, the property features large rooms, a gym, pool , spa and a children's play area. We took the suite room which was essentially a 1 BHK apartment style with a large balcony, indoor and outdoor open to sky shower area, and a hall / dining area. There were also cottages which we saw across the lake. Didn't use the spa so cannot comment. The outdoor pool was really nice under the towering trees and by the restaurant. All of the Staff was helpful, particularly the person who did the morning coffee estate walk . He was great. The food definitely needs improvement. (not the variety , but in terms of quality and taste). I would recommend drive 4-5 kms uphill towards the town of Coorg for better eating options if you can. Overall situated in a Beautiful location , but the management could do better in the upkeep and maintenance of the place to maintain the Windflower brand. Tip: to access the property look out closely for the board from the main road. its easy to miss. Its a 1 km or so drive off the main road ***** a dirt road that leads to the property.

Just checking out from wind flower coorg..From the very first phone call, Shabnam at the reception made us feel welcome with her considerate and friendly approach. She patiently guided us through every single detail with a smile, and that warmth continued throughout our stay. Truly a gem for the resort The restaurant team deserves a big mention too.. the boys there were so, so warm and considerate ✨. Their hospitality added so much comfort and joy to our meals. The property itself is a dream .. rooms are spacious, classy, and sparkling clean ✨. The location, nestled right amidst the forest, gives a sense of peace and luxury at the same time. Every corner felt thoughtfully maintained, and the luxury experience was on another level.. Excellent place to stay. Though, approach road is an issue. Superb hospitality by staff. Excellent Food. Swimming pool is well maintained. The windflower resort is a quiet large resort where you can feel the nature. The rooms are also well maintained.
