I have previously stayed at the hotel in the new section with no issues, I have now returned and was sectioned in room 1103, You cannot sleep as the music is too loud, I also ordered room service and did not receive it. This is now a night club and not a hotel to get relaxation anymore.

The food I had was Jollof, I’ve tasted their food and really enjoyed years back but the subsequent ones I had is nothing to write home. Today I bought Jollof (take home) really tasted awful, couldn’t eat half of it. Don’t know it their previous chef has been changed cos looks like anytime I go the food keeps getting worse. As for the staff they keep conversing, I had to walk to them to place my order but they still had to finish with their convo b4 responding to me smh

Workshop for 11 days by Mastercrd foundation Everything was on point but we were made to sleep at inconvenience room for some days which wasn’t part of our time of stay before we were finally sent to our various rooms which wasn’t fair at all as no refund was made.

I spent 11 days at Eusbett Hostel in Sunyani and I must say that the simplest way to describe my experience is "A FEEL OF HOME AWAY FROM HOME'. As a business consultant helping businesses and entrepreneurs build sustainable businesses, I was l looking for flaws so that I can tap into it and get business, I tell you that before I can complain about the problem, the manager has already fixed it. Provision of excitement and excellent catering services. I strongly believe that with the level of work they are doing the hotel will get to be rated as the best in Africa. The promotion of tourism in the Bono region can't be achieved without the active involvement of Eubertt hotel.

Beautiful environment. The breakfast vas very good. They have a nice conference room. The bedroom too was so nice. It’s really a place of comfort

Overall the experience was okay If possible you can work on the food especially when it comes to the hotness of the pepper used and the presence of the seeds in it.

The services were excellent. My kids had a place to play and I was able to have a me time at the spa. The food was excellent specially the eusbert special

Excellent service. Estate apartments is luxurious 5 star ⭐ rating. Comfy and serene. Customer service is also top notch

Exquisite room experience. I least expected such a wonderful treatment in the Bono Region. I would recommend this edifice for all busines activities in the Bono Region and beyond.

It is ok and is a new experience, the meals are good and the beds a relaxin. I enjoyed the environment and the hotel staffs are welcoming

The staff was courteous and very helpful. The Hotel is clean it is very peaceful. The food is very good (delicious) the salad and fruit were very fresh and delicious. I Definitely recommend eating in the dining room. They have a very nice Sports bar with TV’s and nice music playing very relaxing a the pool area is a must beautiful area. It was so nice to seat by the pool and chill.

Comfortable stay. However, I will recommend you put a caution statement at the washroom indicating that the first drops of shower within the first 1 minute is very hot so it's advisable to stay away. I nearly got scalded on my first day. That notwithstanding, it was an enjoyable stay.
