Zaki Hotel is a very convenient place to stay in Sur, not only do you have enough parking space for your car, but the location is very easy to move around the city itself, whether walking distance or with car. The rooms are very nice, big and comfortable and everything looked clean and was very well maintained. The hotel has a downstairs restaurant for breakfast and dinner and also a separate place for coffee/cakes where you can also sit and relax to do some work or hang out. Although dinner served at the restaurant is ok with many choices, the time it takes to get the food takes a while and honestly the breakfast is not really worth it, the choice is very limited. The coffee place (maybe it was a fluke) didn't really serve good coffee, I had 1 cup of coffee (Spanish latte) and this was disappointing

Ik heb een prettig verblijf gehad in dit hotel. De service was uitstekend en het personeel was vriendelijk en professioneel. De kamers waren schoon en goed onderhouden, wat het verblijf erg comfortabel maakte. De manager was bijzonder behulpzaam en nam echt de tijd om mee te denken en te helpen waar nodig. De locatie is prima: niet bijzonder centraal, maar goed bereikbaar en rustig. Al met al een aanrader voor wie op zoek is naar goede service en nette kamers.

Had booked cheapest room for 4 nights There's nothing to complain about—it was clean, spacious and odorless. All equipment in room was working well, no hairdryer in room, but provided by request. Had saw a cockroach in the hallway one time - don't care. Breakfast is very simple. Have an excellent restaurant in back and cafe in front with good coffee, but only from 11:00 :( Helpful staff. Overall impression is very good. Price/value is excellent.

Séjour agréable à l’hôtel Zaki. L’hôtel est propre, le personnel accueillant et la chambre confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est correct mais assez simple. L’établissement mériterait quelques améliorations au niveau des équipements.
