泗水Tomb of Dr. Soetomo附近酒店

正點： 位置好，在泗水市中心，靠近任何地方（購物中心，銀行，自動取款機，小賣場，美食廣場），小咖啡也不錯 Negatif點： 這是我們第一次訪問泗水。我們總是像美居酒店，宜必思酒店，諾富特酒店，索菲特酒店一樣住宿在雅高酒店。但這也是我們第一次失望。首先，該位置不是真的離機場很近（沒關係）。我們中午12點到達，希望我們能早日入住，好吧，我們知道了。太好了！但？大廳裏擁擠的情況而沒有空調的這麼多人（衹有2名工作人員）花了很長時間去辦理登機手續，真是太麻煩了！ ！最後，所有TOWEL顏色都是黃魚。 請多加註意，以確保客人滿意。

Santika Premiere Guben Surabaya 位置在 Surabaya中心,離Gubeng站比較近。Indomaret, Alfamart和Boncafe步行即可到達。入住手續可以說是很快的,只給了一把房間鑰匙。不要求押金。大堂內部很吸引人,而且很寬敞,儘管它不如以前建的新酒店,以前我們住的房間空調功能不好,打掃完過濾器後,我們被告知要等30分鐘,但還是不冷。我們搬到其他房間,工作人員幫我們搬行李。搬完後,我們住的房間又冷又舒適,很乾淨。房間內部沒有過時,看上去還是現代的。牀墊和枕頭舒適,即使不大,也足以讓它們休息。工作桌和椅子舒適,即使工作椅有點高,也與它們一起工作。還有扶手椅可以放鬆。電視32”有點小,可以看電視。Wifi流暢即使速度不快。迷你吧提供通濟牌的茶和無品牌香包咖啡。礦泉水提供4瓶600毫升(小酒吧2瓶,浴室2瓶)。非常不幸的是,酒杯使用一次性塑料杯,以及許多其他使用大量塑料的東西(塑料毛巾,塑料吸管)中型浴室,有水槽,淋浴和壁櫥。提供2條用塑料包裹的浴巾。提供便利設施有沐浴露、肥皂棒、洗髮水、牙刷、棉芽、浴杯和衛生袋。淋浴使用雨淋和水龍頭。游泳池 - 成人和兒童的室內游泳池,可惜我當時在場時旁邊有一張桌子,客人用來吸菸的健身房–迷你健身房有3個工具早餐變體可以說是一個3-star標準,比較公平美味。菜單包括炒飯、炒麪、辣椒、魚醬、豆腐、沙拉、水果、蛋糕、生肉/肉、雞蛋站、番石榴汁、甜甜圈、布丁、肉、華夫餅、意大利麪、土豆、

我在Great Diponegoro Hotel度過了非常愉快的時光。工作人員非常樂於助人,友好。我住了一個星期,在入住期間沒有一次糟糕的體驗。我絕對最喜歡的是每次清潔服務後Teh Pucuk續杯哈哈喜歡。感謝美妙的體驗。一定會回來的!

酒店位置不錯，緊靠購物中心，吃飯買東西挺方便的。酒店房間乾淨，服務也很熱情，早餐種類很多，性價比很高，值得一住。

This is definitely not a hotel catered to foreigners. Firstly, the toilet was not clean. There were molds on the shower tray wall. Toilet bowl had some faeces stuck and had NO BIDET SPRAY. Hotel manager insensitively said only suites have bidet spray. So the rest who have gotten a less premium room have to wash their backside at the shower tray. Breakfast has limited variety and it was not even palatable except for sandwiches set. Although we informed the restaurant that we do not eat beef, they still served us sandwiches with beef and lied that they are not beef. We tld the staff to double check before confirming and it turned out to be beef. Upon learning abt the incident, the manager Cicik was kind enough to prepare breakfast for us the following day with chicken sandwiches. However, history repeated itself for the following day's breakfast. This shows that the manager did not brief her staff. Additonally, we asked for a bucket of ice at night. At first, they said that the bar was closed so there was NO ICE. After further explanation and multiple requests, they provided a bowl of ice. When we feedback why it was not served in a metal container, then eventually a metal bucket of ice was served.However, there were some pleasant times like they did serve me cake and small deco for my birthday. I do appreciate those gestures but overall the service was just mediocre. I will not say this is a 5 star hotel. To be very honest, it is a hotel to cater for transit purposes.

Great room ambience and comfortable mattress (especially that unique bolster which only this hotel has) ! Small room for improvement for your better : - access 24 hour for gym and pool. This hotel located in business district, would be advance if your facility able to accomodate your customer lifestyle. - quick check out access (provide check out box system). Your check out process take quiet time though.. Anyway, I always enjoy stay in here and thanks for welcome me with your food complimentary , Feby (I enjoy the spikoe here ^^).

那頭點贊哇，環境非常好，而且酒店那邊非常安全！前台的小哥非常好，我印尼盾花完了，酒店不提供換錢服務，他用他自己的錢跟我換，解了我的燃眉之急，還幫我叫了送機的車。酒店價格不貴，環境超級好！！酒店餐廳的炒飯很好吃！
