Plus: Hotel is clean, smells good when you enter the lobby, elevator, room and even towel smell very nice aromatherapy. Check in was fast. They provided discount for f&b purchased at the Bess Coffeeshop Room is pretty spacious, clean, bathroom also clean, modern and well maintained also they provided toiletries, hair dryer and extra toilet paper. AC is cold. Room has mini fridge and electric kettle Nice pools located on 9th floor (kids pool and adult pool) with pretty view. They sell delicious bread at the gardenia restaurant by the pool. You can also order food and enjoy it by the pool. Breakfast was separated in 2 location, Gardenia restaurant on the 9th floor and Executive lounge on 38th floor. Our breakfast was at the Executive lounge, Food has small selection yet delicious. Good wifi connection Free minibar in the room Bess Coffee shop has great ambience to aut and snacking, good variety of food and drinks too Minus: Mattress and pillow was not comfy for me since it’s not soft enough It takes a while for the hot water in the bathroom No towel provided in the pool area The breakfast has more selection at Gardenia restaurant compare to the executive lounge No sign for the food served during breakfast Elevator doesn’t have sign which one goes to which floor. They separate the elevator on the right for higher floor and the left one for the lower floor. It would be nice if there is clear sign to indicate it They have 24 hours in room service but no menu in the room and we have to go down to Bess coffee to make payment since on the high floor their EDC machine will lost signal But overall we had good stay and will come back for another staycation

Stayed here for 1 night only. I got a superior room. It is very compact, although the amenities were all good, although it is standard amenities. The air conditioner is not cold, anyway it is good for me because i didn't like too cold either. I didn't try the breakfast, the committee which booked ny room made a mistake and order the room without breakfast. Although they correct their mistake later, I already ate my breakfast outside. This is a good hotel, however I cant believe that Mercure will provide such a budget style hotel. I thought that mercure will provide a decent full service hotel. Anyway. It is ok if only for an overnight stay like me

酒店位置很好,方便。staf很友好,像家裏一樣熱情地接待我。房間更大,非常重要的是有良好的WIFI連接,還有合適的辦公桌和舒適的椅子,我可以工作,很不錯。早餐早上6點開始,這是件好事。我最喜歡的地方是ONEDECK美食酒吧..我喜歡住在這裏,我會推薦的。謝謝pak Teddy和Team。下次見。.

位置不錯，在市中心，去哪都方便

所有的客服態度都好！ 早餐也很豐富！ 就是酒店在衞生缺乏管理。我住的房間竟然浴巾和紙巾都沒有！ 冰箱位置附近還有一大灘水！刷牙的水杯也沒有！沙發有幾條毛髮，洗手間的水漬等等！ 前台上班時間管理（半夜來check in 是沒人的）！ 酒店位置很好，設施格局和硬件也不錯，所有人都很nice， 是制度和管理層出現問題了！

房間光線充足,衛生程度不錯,洗手間設備齊全,房間空間大,早餐還可以,改善加多些水果及蛋糕款色,牛油及果醬用獨立包裝較衛生,唯一較失望就是泳池,圖片跟現實差十倍,太遜色,前枱服務很有禮貌,解答客人的要求,整體都滿意的！

Stayed at SRV between 29 Feb to 03 March 2024. Putri, she manages both the reservations, check-in & also SRV IG. Hotel location is smacked right in the centre to Jalan Tunjungan, the hotspot for the yuppies of Surabaya. Great food. Atmosphere too. The toilet is clean, with a bidet which is a must. Alot of people reviewed that the shower is not warm/hot enough. For me, it is right. Just need to run it for a good 5 minutes for the perfect water temperature. There is a rooftop pool on the 12th floor next to Sky Lites bistro. Bintang lemon is 38K, ceasar salad for 45K. Customer service is excellent across the entire hotel. Aircon in the room is so cold, which i like it. Surabaya weather is outrageously hot most of the days. Please bring cotton tops & bottoms. There is a bank, Mandiri within 3 mins walk from the hotel. If you want to buy your oleh oleh, its about a 8 mins walk. Lastly, i will definitely come back and stay in this hotel. The panaromic views is 360 degrees from the rooftop. Truly amazing views. The pool is 2metres at its deepest.
