DO NOT STAY HERE! My daughter is currently trying to get her money back and find alternative accomodation that is hygenic! They checked into their room to find it unclean and with used towels and sheets - the towels were still wet from the previous occupant. Food on the floor in the rooms, mould on the walls and the bathroom sink didnt drain. The hotel then wanted to charge them for clean towels! She ended up washing the sheets and towels herself to sleep on until they could find other accomodation. Like others have said, reception is rude and dont care, they will even call you a liar. If you decide to risk it I reccomend you take photos and videos on your arrival as you wont be believed when you make a complaint to reception.

I don’t normally leave bad reviews but people need to be warned! Please spend your money elsewhere these people are the most unprofessional people I have ever dealt with The room was so incredibly dirty/dusty/mouldy A/C Window in bedroom completely cracked and wind whistling through the un-sealed window in another bedroom Sockets hanging off the wall and very poorly equipped eg. Cooking equipment / bedding supplies In addition to this when we reported our concerns with the room we were met with a disgraceful passive aggressive attitude from the staff who told us we would either have to wait till the next day or cancel and leave Which is exactly what we did. Avoid at all costs. Had to record and photograph everything as evidence as such un-trustworthy dodgy people. Please pay a little extra and go elsewhere, save yourself the hassle

We booked here by mistake thinking it was a different resort but we were glad we did as it was in a nice quiet place only 10 min walk to the heart of Surfers Paradise. The staff were very friendly and could not have been more helpful. The unit was a great size and being two bedrooms was a bonus. The only problem was we could not make the Main Bedroom dark enough to be able to sleep as we like the bedroom very dark. Although there is no pool which we found strange there is a large spa which has great views and the BBQ area near the spa was very clean. The parking was safe and secure which was great. The only other problem that would be an easy fix was the spa needed to be cleaned as the water changed colour and there was scum forming around the was of the spa. Over all it is a nice clean and quiet and convenient place to stay.

Clean spacious apartments with all the facilities you need. Large spacious balcony’s. 5-10 min walk to shops, restaurants and bars and of course the beach. Have stayed here multiple times and enjoy the quiet location but with easy access to everything.
