Eaten alive by bed bugs. Not happy at all unit 13.slept on the couch for eight nights stripped the bed there were hundreds of bed mites. I will never stay here again spoilt my whole trip and I've got lumps all over my body. Reception are never in the office to speak to. Don't stay here I am really pissed off.

Great location – easy to walk everywhere. The river view was lovely and the spa was very nice. Overall, it’s a great place to stay.

Just returned from staying here as part of our trip to see family in Queensland. It was awful ! Filthy and smelly , amenities such as spar (a very small plunge pool) was not open, bbq broken, Wi-Fi was at an extra cost, dishwasher broken. No one I. Reception , only manned till 3 pm weekdays. Telephoned with issues, had to leave message and no one got back to us. Ruined our stay and had to leave early, will try and attach photos so you can see for yourself.
