The room and all of the hotel was very clean and well maintained. Mary checked us in and gave us all the info we needed, she was very helpful. This is a small hotel and we reserved very close to our check in time, so we got the last available room on the 3rd floor. This particular room gets a lot of traffic noise from Highway 49 close by that the other rooms don't. I wasn't crazy about the steps but the room was nice. We always stay here when we are in the area, highly recommend.

Rm 4 blinds didn’t work properly. Didn’t use fireplace. Very clean, breakfast good, maybe extend breakfast to 10:00.

Here with three friends for girls getaway. Love the property, close proximity to town, walkability, parking. Loved the grounds. No full length mirrors in room, nor hangars for clothing. Because part of the building is from the 1800's, the renovations have "piped in air-con" with was through a vent in the window, but it did work.

We will happily stay here again. Beautiful grounds and beautiful building.Very comfortable bed! Even the pillows were really comfortable. Super clean room and bathroom. Our A/C unit worked very well. The morning breakfast had many light options and we were happy there were hard boiled eggs. From check in to check out we felt relaxed and well taken care of.

Unwelcoming environment 😕 The room was fine but their was a most unwelcome vibe in the breakfast area with overly stern warnings about get a wash cloth dirty with makeup threatening $150 charge for cleaning!
