Negative stars for Sutter Inn
Hotel was filthy. My room was filthy. Floor was sticky. Towels and bedding were stained. 2 long, dark hairs under sheets on my bed.

AC unit controls are broken. Really dusty on the intake. Front desk clerk saw me walk in. Turned around and walked away without acknowledgement. Seemed indifferent to a new guest checking in.

The stay itself was okay, there wasn’t a purified water source which was ok so it was only tap water. Also the complementary breakfast was basically coffee toast and cereal when I checked at 6:30 and again at 7:30 cuz I thought it might have been to early

DO NOT BOOK!!!!!!!!! DO NOT BOOK!!!!! UNSAFE UNSAFE UNSAFE !!!!POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! Trashy, Unsafe driveway was blocked by 4 cop cars. Husband and daughter couldn’t get in 1030 at night refused to refund money. Had to rebook at a different hotel!!!!!!

The room we checked into smelled of smoke so we asked for a different room. Second room smelled good but there was standing water in the middle of the room and the shower was not clean. We originally booked two nights but only stayed one, without taking a shower. Will never go back there again.
