Stayed for one night for work. Smooth check in with friendly welcome upon arrival and pleasant, clean room. Was really looking forward to having a night on a premier inn mattresses as have always found the beds very comfortable when have stayed at other Premier Inns. However, I was disappointed to find the mattress was a poorer quality compared to what I’ve experienced in the past. When I sat on the bed I could feel the solid box springs underneath and when lying in the bed I could feel the hard springs through the topper. There was very little padding. It is a shame as I always thought I could guarantee a comfortable night if I stayed at a Premier Inn as the Lenny Henry TV ads used to suggest. Instead of focusing on artistic decor and fancy purple lighting, perhaps Premier Inn should put more of their budget to upgrading the mattresses.

My stay at Premier Inn Sutton was pretty satisfying, with one major exception. The Wi-Fi did not work at all for me. When I first noticed that I wasn't able to connect, I informed a staff member about the problem and was told that apparently some other employees at this hotel also have issues not being able to connect to the Wi-Fi. As somebody who came here as a traveller from overseas, this was a big deal. I ended up spending way more money than expected to keep funds charged up on my International SIM card in order to be able to properly use my phone. Had the Wi-Fi worked, then this would not have been a problem. All of that having been said, the rest of the stay at this hotel was solid. The bed was very comfortable, the facility was clean, the location was convenient, and the cost of staying each night was reasonably-priced. If the Wi-Fi connectivity issues get resolved, then I would definitely consider staying here again.

I have stayed here quite a few times as it is near friends, unfortunately on this occasion i have to ask to move rooms due to noisy foreign students on a trip banging on doors running up an down corridors and just not respecting any request of being a little quieter. After a 6 hour drive all i wanted to do was sleep (11pm) i had to ask reception to change my room which they thankfully did. The following night i was woken up at 3am by party goers so not a great experience on this trip

Staff simpatico e professional e atento Quartos a precisar de um refreshing Higiene boa Ambiente acolhedor e bem arejado Hotel dentro da média com uma localização bastante boa e acessível a rede de transportes de Londres. Bom isolamento sonoro
