Nordis公寓(Nordis Apartments)

Le problème ici est l’absence d’organisation et d’aide. Nous arrivons comme demandé par l’établissement après 16h. À notre arrivée, première surprise : pas de parking contrairement à ce qui est indiqué . Il faut donc se garer dans la rue avec parcmètre. (Pratique pour le matin..). Nous traînons donc nos valises jusqu’à l’accueil et là, personne. Ou plutôt une dizaine de touristes qui aimeraient avoir leurs chambres mais faute de personne à l’accueil, rien. Détail intéressant : on doit arriver après 16h mais.. la personne à l’accueil termine son service à 16h. Un numéro de téléphone la remplace : le numéro ne fonctionne pas ! J’ai donc dû appeler booking qui a géré pour moi. Réponse de l’hôtel : le ménage n’était pas fait donc dans ce cas, il faut attendre. 1/ pourquoi ne pas prévenir les clients pas sms ? 2/ les excuses et gestes commerciaux, ça existe Au total, une dizaine de personnes soit 4 groupes ont attendu plus d’une heure dans un lobby froid sans aucune information. Thon et Scandic sont des hôtels juste à côté et bien mieux organisés.

Suggest: To have some info in the apartment e.g how to get internet. To you, everything should be intuitive but to a foreigner, it's not always the case as it's not how our home country is set up. To have washing machine and dryer. For the price point of 7000+ Nok for 2 nights, I think it's justifiable. To have a Chopping board.

They gave us an AirBNB which was huge and comfortable, what we did not understand was, why breakfast had to be delivered in the evening instead of the usual buffet, meaning we did not have a choice on what to eat in the morning. The front desk man we felt did not want to talk to us, instead he spoke thru a restaurant worker to relay our concern, and he was just a couple of meters from us... We did not feel welcome

We had one night in rainy Svolvær so we didn't have much time to really hang at Nordis but the rooms are massive and the hotel is modern and surrounded by dining options. We first got to the room that has a large living, dining and kitchen and noticed there was another locked room. At first we thought it shared the other living space with ours but asked the front desk and they informed us that it's empty and used when there are larger parties. If we were there longer it would have been great to use all of the room but we were in and out. The breakfast is wonderful and the staff was lovely. Recommend!

We were informed that a standard breakfast couldn' t be provided just the day of arrival when all shops and almost all restaurants were closed due to public holidays. We got a completely inadequate compensation for breakfast for 4 people for 2 days. Moreover, machine grinding of the floors took place in the building from morning to evening every day throughout our stay. Surprisingly, the operator did not close the the hotel and charged full price during such a reconstruction. The reception was closed

Beautifully furnished suite, great views from the balcony and super comfy bed. The perfect first night in Lofoten for us! Breaksfast was yummy
