Tidy , clean quite and safe place, staffs are nice and friendly.

place is lovely

There were cob webs on the corner wall, dust on both bedside lamps, discoloured vanity table top No hand soap and very little shower gel left. I was also charged extra for my dog even thought it said it was pet friendly and when booking it didn’t have a section to state we had a dog.

Peaceful comfortable stay just off the M2 Newly decorated room so pristine. Mattress coukd be better as a topper isn't the answer to everything especially on a soft mattress. The bath was big enough for me to gain my 25m breast stroke badge!

Room was ok not worth £85, the shower was cold and no pressure, the bed was really uncomfortable. Our room wasn’t in the hotel either it was like a little separate chalet that we were told to drive around to and when we got there we couldn’t park as people had parked in front of our chalet

A superb midweek venue. A wonderful stay. Very comfortable room with additional seatingbarea and fridge. Loved the access to Netflix and Amazon because others before me hadn't cleared their accounts! Evening meal was very reasonable and the breakfast must be one the best I have had for a very long time.

The only thing that stopped this hotel experience being five star across the board was the hairdryer…it’s a pet hate of mine when hotels provide teeny tiny hairdryers that don’t really do much more than move your hair around a bit. Lol. Otherwise this stay was absolute great in every way. A real gem and we will be back.

Great stay The staff are really helpful and welcoming. The room is lovely, with a sitting room and bathroom. It is very clean and in a good state of repair. The food was also very good
