柯里爾縣泳池酒店

我認爲酒店現代,乾淨,舒適。美麗的游泳池和美味的食物。員工非常專業和樂於助人。我會再呆在那裏。

Instalaciones muy limpias, la piscina muy buena y el horario divino (me encanto), esta en un lugar muy céntrico, un poco lejos de la playa para mi gusto, pero igual se puede disfrutar de playa y piscina , el desayuno bueno y variado, y el tiki bar de la piscina tiene ricos tragos. Permiten mascotas🥰

剛剛在馬可島住JW萬豪。(3月12-15)預留了兩個本該是帶拉出牀的國王的房間,我們到達入住的時候有兩個沒有拉出牀的特大牀房。我們有孫子和我們一起,我們需要拉出牀。酒店同意提供摺疊牀,但非常不舒服,而不是我們支付的費用。我要求退款

Disappointed With Our First Stay This was our first time staying at Marco Ocean Beach Resort, and unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience. The biggest issue for us was the lack of warmth and hospitality from the staff. From the front desk to the beach bar, we rarely felt welcomed or valued as guests. There were several occasions when I would walk up to the front desk and wait several minutes to be acknowledged, even when there was no one else waiting. The staff generally came across as cold and uninterested rather than friendly and attentive. We had a similar experience at the beach bar. The waiter and bartender were not welcoming, and there was no warm greeting or friendly interaction. It felt more like they were simply taking our order and moving on. Unfortunately, this was the overall feeling we experienced throughout our stay. We also found the resort to be fairly inflexible when it came to activities, which was another disappointment. When staying at a resort, you expect a certain level of hospitality, service, and flexibility that makes you feel like you’re actually on vacation. After this experience, I understand why people are willing to pay more to stay at the Hilton or JW Marriott in Marco Island. It’s not just about the property—it’s the service, hospitality, amenities, and the way the staff makes you feel. We really wanted to love this resort, but unfortunately, our first experience did not leave us wanting to return. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, because with a greater focus on guest service and hospitality, this property could provide a much better experience.

Decent location, although any nearby convenience store close early and everything is driving distance so if you don’t have a vehicle could get pricey or just long walks. Has your basics like bed, television, microwave, mini fridge. Comes with toilet paper of course and small bar soaps however if you need a blow dryer or iron not included and also breakfast is not provided as mentioned online. All in all out of season nightly price is worth it, in season a little pricey for the overall quality.
