Haleakala summit is about 90 minutes drive from the condo, and a little over twenty minutes to the start of "the Road to Hana". You won't find better weather on the island, because Maalaea lies within the driest and sunniest microclimate in Maui, yet is kept comfortable by tradewind breezes. If you are planning a special occasion, we would love to help you find ways of making your stay extra special! We can provide celebratory touches, such as banners, flowers, special table settings, and champagne chilling in the fridge, all at cost of the items plus gas and travel time.
