Rooms clean, staff very friendly, bathrooms clean and bedrooms pristine and well presented. I can’t comment on breakfast but it looked delicious. Thank you very much to Lauren and Concy for being so friendly and hospitable whenever I spoke to you. Would definitely stay for work again

The hotel staff were brilliant. A really good team who couldn't do enough to help us. Breakfast was excellent; well cooked and presented nicely. We were there to go to an event at the Steam Museum and we found that the hotel, whilst a distance away from the venue was ideal for our purposes.

All the staff members were seriously so lovely and made me feel super welcome. Lovely atmosphere, room was clean including bathroom, breakfast wasn't good but dinner was great with the roast chicken. Loved the peace and quiet I had too. Would definitely recommend!
