悉尼温德姆Travelodge酒店(Travelodge by Wyndham Sydney)

My experience at the travel Lodge was fantastic the room was big everything I needed was there my original booking was a day later then it should of been but when I arrived the lady at the desk was there to help and got me all fixed up. I highly recommend this hotel the service is excellent the breakfast is fantastic whatever you need is there or at the desk a small shop to pick things up to get you by. I'd say though some spots in the rooms are lacking some matnience however I really enjoyed my stay and I hope to go back again soon.

Front desk was rude and unhelpful. When I walked in after a long day he disappeared for 15 minutes and we had to wait. Then when he returned he gave us a room that was unmade and dirty. Then when we came back to complain he gave us another room that was unmade and worse than the first one. It took nearly 45 minutes. Not recommend ed.

We booked for 2 nights using an app. When booking two nights straight, it will be more expensive than booking two nights seperately. The first night, the app suggested a disability room. I told the lady at the front desk if that room is needed for someone in need I don't mind changing. The room has a little more space than the 2nd room we had, but overall I would say much cleaner...with a funny smell. The second room, as soon as you get in, it smelled humid and mold; there were mold on the ceiling of the bathroom and all around the tub. Two of the towels were undone as if they were already used, and only has 1 set of towel for a 2 person staying. There were squashed bugs on the wall. On the bed, it seemed like someone stepped on it with their shoes on. (See pictures) All the staffs are very nice. I asked for extra towels and pillow cases and the lady at the front desk brought them to our room.

Room was not ready at check-in time, we were given the wrong room to start. When we got in the right room it was worn down and just sad looking. The internet did not work they gave us the wrong password. Told is it was right it was not didnt work at all. We checked out early as a result of all this.

The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. At check in the staff asked us to pay more than quoted on ******* … they corrected the cost after I told them it was wrong but ☹️. Hotel is old, bathroom needed updating, no elevator, need to pay attention to cleaning in halls, etc. Breakfast was ok but the layout of the space is poor and causes line ups and frustration

Non smoking room had a permenent baked in smoke smell - staff could only offer up a bottle of cover up spray as a remedy, which just makes it worse. Bathroom was on the nasty side with black mould around shower and lots of wear and tear on the facility. No shower fan. Pool closed. But had nice beds and continental breakfast was ok

When we arrived there was only 1 towel and no face clothes in the room. When entering the bathroom the was a bad smell in the room. While in the bathroom I had to kill a few silverfish that were crawling on the floor. Lastly the tap for the shower did not work and actually fell apart. Overall the worst experience I have ever had in a hotel room.

This hotel is going down hill, not very clean ... I picked up a towel that was on the bathroom floor while was in the shower and it was brown from the floor being so dirty , the breakfast was nothing like last year...very disappointing,... plus waited at desk for towels for the pool no one was there , the sign said be back in 15 minutes half hour later still no one!
