摩士曼亞伯特酒店(The Albert Mosman)

No instructions on how to use the air-conditioning. Freezing when at 27 degrees, boiling hot when at 22 degrees, noisy and did not give me a wink of sleep the two nights I slept due to the temperature and the noise and it suddenly changing speed and increasing in noise throughout the night. The bathroom floor appeared heated, but no instructions on how to turn this on and off. Took me 10 minutes to work out where the switch was to close the blinds, there needs to be instructions or a label as to where the blinds button is, which is nowhere near the blinds. There was no showercap, for the price of the hotel I'd expect a some of those standard hotel toiletries. Handheld shower head was broken and kept falling off it's holder mid showering. The hotel appeared high end, but the labels on the shampoo and condition and soaps about cost if they are stolen, reading it, I felt like guests were not trusted in a passive aggressive way.

Lovely stay at the Albert Hotel. Nicely restored and beautiful design and fit out on the extension. Lovely, quiet rooms and great Australian products and interior furnishings. The only constructive feedback i have is about the poor quality coffee at breakfast - it wasn't drinkable. Please replace with proper barista coffee and i definitely will come back.

A genuinely lovely and hospitable hotel! I was in Sydney for a medical treatment in a Day Surgery nearby and this was the perfect sanctuary to recover in for a few days. One of the few hotels that I was actually sad to leave 😌. Staff fabulous too and I enjoyed the food as well. I had booked the wrong dates but nothing was a problem.

I can’t rate the Albert highly enough. Beautiful spaces, luxury fittings, unbelievably quiet and relaxing, and the friendliest staff imaginable. I will definitely be back!

Great one night stay. Friendly staff. Nice bed. Free parking on weekends on the street (if you can find one!)

The property is lovely. The staff are very friendly and happy to assist if required. They told us where we could park as there was nothing on the property. It was just a short walk back to the property.
