The environment was comfortable, and the services were great.

The quiet room had everything I want. The apartment style, kitchenette, furniture and space is much more comfortable than most motels. Price was better than many motels too - even with parking added. The TV can read USB sticks which is great (and rare). Wardrobe has a rail too high for most people to reach.

Great Stay and very convenient place to access shopping and Sydney CBD Shops in the area are in the specialties ( wedding dress shop) and are just your local cafes or grocery The Staff at the Hotel are very accommodating and friendly while providing upbeat and positive attitude with attendants to our need and requests There are fun and fantastic facilities, gym, pool and conferencing The cafe is closed currently but looked interesting

very clean apartment.. bed was comfy. shower was great. plenty of space in the room.. downside was.. the tv i had in my room was not a smart tv.. so no netflix etc... and no foxtel for watching sport.. other places i have stayed have had these features.. so not sure why this room didnt have it.. but overall it was a great place to stay. underground carpark. close to shops etc.

Love the Nesuto Pennant Hills- Quiet, really comfortable bed, clean, helpful friendly staff- everything in the room you need - great location to walk and drive - ease of parking Will stay again soon!! Pool looks inviting and a gym - Close to shops cafe

A fine place to stay, close to traffic routes and other facilities - shops cafes etc. Good value. Could use a bit of updating and refreshing. Parking a bit tight for large cars! I really don’t anything more to say but it says I need to do 200 characters!

Location great Check in was super easy Rooms were clean neat & tidy. Amenities in the room were A1 Parking very easy Just a nice experience. I have not stayed before however certainly will again......

The room have goods in fridge and soiled towel from previous occupancy. Floor had cracked tiles. Bed was lovely and the common areas looked pleasant however, the occupancy rate must be low as no longer services breakfast and linen change is weekly. The property has a hint of former luxury and a pity it seems to be scraping by to keep operational. General cleanliness of property is good, just seems a bit abandoned with negligible staffing.

The hotel and studio room were clean and comfortable for our short stay. We found the basics for cooking in the kitchenette. The desk manager was kind and allowed us an early check in which was much appreciated after our long flight. Would definitely book here again. Excellent value for money.
