The Maisonette is a pleasure to stay and rest at. The rooms are modern clean and refreshing. The staff are courteous and helpful. Access is simple and next door are excellent eateries in the leafy Challis Avenue. In 2024 we will return to stay at the Maisonette Thank you

Don t go there! I was there from 12-14th of january. The girl at the reception was incompetent, unfriendly and unwilling. The room smelled a lot like mould and the shower on my floor was out of order.....

We loved our stay at The Maisonette. Couldn't fault anything really, the location is great, close to great cafes and restaurants and within easy walking distance to the harbour and Kings Cross station. The hotel has a cool, French vibe, staff were friendly and helpful and booking direct gets you late check out. Would stay again definitely.

the room was comfortable and clean. the staff was very kind but too much noise... with the kitchen of the restaurant, just under (to 6.15 am till 9.30 pm...) and all the smells... with jetlag it was difficult for me.

Great location! Upscale neighborhood, lots of good cafes and restaurants nearby. Walkable or near train station to all city attractions. I was in single room. Clean and big enough room. TV and kettle are extra good touch, Friendly and helpful staff.

We enjoyed a pleasant stay at The Maisonette, the reception staff were very helpful, with great suggestions for coffee and dining, as well as directions. It is in a very handy position to all we were after in the area and easy to get everywhere from.

The Masionette is a lovely & charming boutique hotel. It is the perfect spot right in the heart of Potts Point. The rooms have their own personal style & character, which just adds to the charm of this family run business. They provided everything you need for a comfortable & relaxing stay. The staff were friendly & very accommodating. For a solo traveller, it is the perfect intimate spot for a home away from home. There are some lovely restaurants & bars that are all within 5 - 10 minutes of the hotel. Highly recommended, Sopra, Pina, Pizza Boccone, The Roosevelt & my personal favourite Piccolo Bar Kings Cross. I'll definitely be coming back to stay at The Masionette!

I had a room here booked two weeks ago. However, two days before the date of my booking the hotel owners attempted to charge the entire payment for my stay from my card. To their disappointment, the card did not have the necessary sum, and therefore they could not receive the payment. Via email, I proposed to pay the entire sum upon arrival or to do another booking via the hotel website, now with my other card. The first option was denied by the hotel owners, while the second one was already impossible to do, since the website did not allow the arrival date to be set to the present day. As there was no other solution proposed by the owners, I had to find another place to stay.

Small, clean, neat, very cost effective, friendly and extremely well positioned. I'm often by myself so am in a 1-person tiny room, like a well-appointed cupboard with a shared bathroom (though only 1 other room sharing so it's not a problem) but very cosy and snug. Just be strong enough to carry your luggage up the narrow stairs and you'll be well set!
