Love the location and the room service. All the staff are very nice and friendly. It is very easy to use public transport and close to the beach. It is a wonderful choice to stay at this hotel.

The check in was quick - the room was spacious and clean and the location was fantastic. Will be back!

Perfect location, beach right outside. Quick walk into main street for food and fantastic choices and reasonably priced. Staff friendly and room was spotless and extremely comfortable fordable. We will be back.

An annual visit for us & several other couples - great location, excellent staff and rooms are excellent. Did not expect room service for a two night stay which was a pleasant surprise. Will be returning 2024 and onwards.

Issue between ******* reservation options and what appeared on the hotel system resulted in a less than friendly welcome. Hotel is in a good location and has the basic amenities however is very basic and showing signs of age. Neighbouring room using the shower caused significant noise in our room. Only two towels provided for the 3 of us in the room.

The room was spacious & lovely. We loved our stay. The roof top view of Coogee Beach with deck chairs is both relaxing & stunning. A little noisy on Sunday night with the Pavilion next door, (not noticable at all Monday night). Small inconvenience as we really enjoyed exploring the Pavilion - great dinner & a historical icon.

We actually stay from 4/8/23 - 4/16/23. Staff is very nice. The only real issue I had was a couple fighting next door, but management addressed it and had them leave. Over the weekend I did have more noise then I wanted that I could hear from my room from the outside. Nothing anyone can control. The place was just steps away from the beach, which was very nice. Also public transportation is easy and close to the hotel. Good Day Mate

It would be good to allocate a parking space for guests who are staying for 2 nights or longer just as a suggestion. The only down side, would be the late return of guests to their rooms after a big night out as you can hear them stumbling, slaming doors, and talking loudly in the corridor. This happened on Friday and Saturday night around 2am. Apart ftom that everything else was great.
