Nice and Friendly staff, great location within Macquarie University. Nice environment with view of the lake, close to Macquarie Shopping Centre within few minutes walk, Bathroom a bit small especially bathtub. Smart TV available. Room is considered big and spacious. Great service and Friendly staff. Beautiful location. Parking little bit far from hotel.

Great hotel around Macquarie uni. Nice room and plenty of parking too.

Clean and modern room with lakeside views. The staff were very friendly.

Good interior and facilities

We have stayed here on two occasions because of its close proximity to Macquarie University Hospital, which is within walking distance. The hotel is in a lovely location, is quiet and comfortable, has good bedding and has a high standard restaurant that we have enjoyed many times. The staff are welcoming, respectful and happy to attend to any issue.

Accommodation overlooked the lake and was sunny, with small balcony & outdoor furniture. Room was adequate, spacious, large desk to work at, lounge, queen bed. Accommodation overall needed a bit of TLC, but I would stay again. Grounds of the university are lovely, and eating outlets available just a few minutes walk away.

The staff were friendly and efficient. The room was a good size and fairly clean. The curtains were so thin that they did not block out the external light which which was very bright. Also the towels were so thin that they were almost threadbare. Parking was also difficult.
