太舊，空調嘈音太大根本睡不着

仍需努力呀

Everything is good

Hotel was clean and comfortable but finding staff was like finding a ghost. Check-in took nearly an hour waiting in line. We decided to get room service but the QR code wasn't working. We called room service to get a menu but the phone rang out several times. Called Reception and it was answered on the 4th thime it rang out and a menu was sent up to the room. Tried to order but room service did not answer the phone - tried for 30 mins continually but no answer. We ran out of time eventually and had to get something unhealthy from outside. Also the room curtains looked like a massacre had happened there!! Not to my taste. Disappointed in the service for this style of hotel

Hand basin in bathroom wouldn't drain called housekeeping/maintenance person came and couldn't unblock drains. left dirty moldy sewerage like mess in the sink and rendered it unusable no apology refund etc was offered even after bringing it to the managers attention the next day

This was a perfect location for the game and the breakfast was amazing. It was a bit annoying that at night the music was blasting from the night club (that was mostly empty) and that I could hear from the 12th floor. Also, the gym is off site, not in their building but obviously not a big deal to other guests. The staff was super friendly and helpful, both at checkin and during breakfast service

Property is dated. Lifts are inconvenient with one operational through stay. Beds are uncomfortable

It was a terrible experience to stay in Novotel Sydney Olympic park, Bed and pillows weren’t comfortable, got disturbed from other rooms, almost whole night kids were screaming, people were talking loudly, we couldn’t sleep, complained couple of times In reception but situation remained same, overall it wasn’t a good experience for us

Hotel was fine and staff were nice. But we were at a work function and the hotel had told us the bar would be open til 11pm but it closed at 10 as our function finished leaving our teams heading out elsewhere for a couple of drinks. There was wine on tables at our function but it got cleared up really fast so we couldn't even use that. The team had worked hard through the function so were looking forward to a couple of drinks afterwards.

Very disappointing restaurant menu. One night of the stay even the limited menu was unavailable and a bar snack menu was offered instead, apparently due to functions being held. The cost for the stay outstripped the convenience of the location.

An invoice was put under the door the second night when I said I would like to pay when I leave after 6 nights. I rang for blankets twice and they finally came 3 hrs later. Room wasn’t made up after the 4 th night. Room service plates weren’t taken away for 2 days. Room key didn’t work 3 times so had to wait go down to reception. On a hole we bad a very bad experience

After a long road trip to get to the hotel, we were told there was no parking available, & directed to another parking area, which we couldn’t find, arriving back to Novotel, another customer service person told us to try downstairs & there were ample spots available If the hospitality industry wants to revive they need better staff at front of house, many guests had the same issue & were not happy. We should be able to pre book & pay for parking, especially at the rate Novotel charges per night for basic accommodation
