All service staff were happy to go the extra mile. Very warm friendly and accommodating. I don’t think the room was quite ready. We opened the door and the TV was on, it was 85 degrees on the thermostat, the towel rack was broken and on the floor and towels on the floor. Beds were made but otherwise seemed unfinished. Don’t know what happened there. Very hard to get the room to cool off.

Been here many times before, this room 227 has to be the worst. It's very small, the view is of the side of the roof, and the washroom is poorly designed. I used my ******* points and got the worst room on the property despite the hotel being virtually empty.

Hotel room reeked of smoke, barking dogs were very very loud, room was filthy. Walked into room and back out to desk, they gave me another room which was even worse. Second room had night stand hanging off the wall.
I left and had to find another hotel.
Not acceptable. Having my credit card company dispute the charges since the hotel refused to offer a refund

Clean and convenient but understaffed, which contributed to long waits for food in the hotel restaurant and a few other minor issues. The $10 per day parking fee was also a bit of a surprise, but probably cheaper than trying to park on campus, so not a huge deal in the end.

Overall a nice hotel, but aged for sure. It has been updated, but needs a fresh coat of paint in the rooms and bathrooms. The tile in the bathroom has a yellow tinge, and the walls have stains. The ice coming out of the machine has pieces of black stuff in it, absolutely disgusting.

When checking in the staff was very rude. Set up for a shuttle in the morning and they did not have anyone to drive the shuttle. The shuttle was to go to the hospital for surgery and was very important. There was only one staff at the front desk which had to lock everything up and drive us to the hospital.
