The Hotel is generally ok. However, the shampoo available in the shower was the worst liquid I have ever seen. You would need a full glass of it to be able to wash your hair.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, Personal.in der Küche ist sehr freundlich, beheflich. Das Essen ist einfach lecker. Das Hotel verdient nicht nzr 4 Sterne, für uns ist das minimum 7 Sterne. Die Atmosfäre ist wie zu Hause....

Super Hotel, z bardzo dobra lokalizacja. Pokoje przestronne, lozka wygodne, bardzo czysto. Basen duzy I czysty. Sniadania pyszne, obsluga przemila. Pelen relax. Muzyka na zywo w trakcie kolacji. Polecam serdecznie.

Sehr schönes Hotel für einen Kurzurlaub, nettes und hilfreiches Personal, umfangreiches Büffet zum Frühstück, saubere Zimmer, großer Pool und Spa Bereich, sehr zentral gelegen, gute Parkmöglichkeiten in der Tiefgarage oder Umgebung

Der Pool, das Frühstück, die Zimmer sind top hier. Alles sehr sauber hier. Das einzige Manko , die Angestellten sind sehr ernst hier. Es wird hier Wenig gelacht. Eigentlich sehr schade. Aber jeder sieht das anders. Zur City sind das nur wenige Meter.

In dem dunkel - gold gehaltenem Zimmer ist ein riesiges Doppelbett und etliche Kissen, der ganze Raum ist voller Spiegel und genug Ablageflächen. Es verfügt über zuziehbaren Vorhängen und einem großen TV mit einigen deutschen Sendern. Das Bad ist sehr stylisch gehalten. Der Pool ist groß, allerdings sehr gut besucht, auch nachts kurz vor 22 Uhr mit Kleinkindern. Eine gute Cocktailkarte gibt es an der Bar. Diese hat bis 23 Uhr geöffnet. Den White Russian können wir empfehlen. Das Hotel ist ca 5-7 Minuten zu Fuß vom großen Einkaufszentrum 'Galaxy' entfernt.

The room was rather average and could use some stronger toilet cleaner in a toilet as it was a bit smelly. The best breakfast selection I've ever had, literally everything is so tasty and in good quality and so many items to choose from so I would go back there.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Der Empfang war herzlich. Die Einrichtung ist ein gelungener Mix aus Tradition und Moderne. Das Zimmer war sehr groß und mit Allem eingerichtet, was man braucht (Kaffee-Tee Zubereiter, Mini Kühlschrank, TV, etc.). Das Bad ist geräumig und mit einer großen Dusche ausgestattet. Das Frühstück war absolute Spitze. Man kann einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage buchen oder kostenfrei in einer Seitenstraße (Wohnviertel) stellen.

Very nice interior and design in the hotel comparing others for same price. Good officiants in the restaurant and good english. Good hospitality and gym as per photos. Excellent desserts and good food! I sugget to book this hotel if you stay here.

My husband and I came to Szczecin on Friday for a family gathering. On Saturday morning, I got up early, and simply asked the reception if he spoke English. The man laughed and said that he didn't, in pretty good English, then just walked away. Then I asked another woman if it was possible to just get a cup of coffee, which in other hotels really isn´t an issue. She was not helpful, not even answering, just pacing back and forth, mumbling to herself in English.. It was not what I would consider, normal behavior... Then, I tried asking another receptionist if there was a place where I could buy coffee. The look on her face was as if I kicked her in the face. She could simply NOT be bothered. Then.. one day before check-out (today) I called down to the reception because we had not been given new towels, and asked for towels. This was 20 minutes ago... No towels; meaning I had to find a maid myself and get the towels... I honestly can not wait to get the h*** out of here. I have ONLY been met with staff that is unfriendly and rude or simply ignores us. Great rooms, great pool area, but the staff.... Yikes.

Perfect place for a business stay. It looks like a historical building, but everything is new, what is a plus :). Decent size of rooms, soundproof windows (there were road works just in front of the hotel, but no sound got to the room), service with a smile at hotel’s bar and restaurant. Two elements which I put on a minus side : - broken A/C (room 115) - bath instead of a shower cabin, what caused a small flood in my bathroom on the floor
