They were clean and treat you better than most hotels. Give you privacy. Unlike most hotels. I know they had breakfast but we didn't make it for that. Laundry room was great we got most of our clothes clean anyways. The best time is at night to do laundry. It's open for the most part. Thanks you we're great

Hotel war für eine Nacht ok. Kein Highlight! Alles gut bewacht. Parken war hinter Gate. Check in und Eingang video überwacht. Fühlte sich zunächst etwas ungewöhnlich an, aber hatte wohl für die Gegend seinen Sinn. Eher ein Hotel für Handwerker und Army Leute, weniger für Touristen. Die Gegend scheint nicht die beste zu sein, die Mall geenüber ist auch kein Besuch wert. Auf dem Weg zu Mt. Rainer ok zum Übernachten. Das angepriesene Frühstück war allerdings nicht wirklich Frühstück. Es gab Kaffee und Müslriegel, Haferflocken hätte man mit heissem Wasser anrühren sollen. Darauf aben wir verzichtet. Auf Kaffee musste man warten, der war alle und es dauerte bis neuer kam. Das ganze wurde am Eingang gegenüber der Rezeption angeboten. Sowas als Frühstück zu deklarieren ist schon fragwürdig. Wir kennen durchaus das magere Frühstück in Motels in USA, aber dass hier hat das Wort Frühstück nicht verdient.

I stayed 2 nights. The first night i stayed in a standard queen room. The floor had not been cleaned properly. The bathroom door had what appeared to be blood spots on it. The 2nd night I paid online to be upgraded to a king room and the manager was not willing to work with me on moving me from my room to the king room and said I would have to leave at checkout and come back later in the afternoon at 3. I explained I had a 12 month old baby with me and my husband had our vehicle at was at a 6 hour fce exam therefore it was not an option for me to be able to leave and come back later. I ended up having to stay the 2nd night in the same queen standard room even though I paid for a king and the manager was not willing to fix that as well. On top of all that the 2nd night the entire hotel was evacuated due to smoke and some strong chemical burning smell. I had to rush my baby out of my room and was choking on the smoke trying to get out of the hotel. The front desk night auditor said someone on the 2nd floor had lit something on fire in their room and he explained that guest had been removed from the hotel. 3 different hotel desk clerks said the general will make the hotel crash and burn and agreed he's not doing a good job. For my troubles I ask for my 2nd night to be fully compensated.

We showed up to the hotel and they said they gave our room away. The room we already paid for. They tried to fix it by giving us two single rooms. We are a family of four. So now the family is split up. Fine. We then went to the rooms to find one had not yet been cleaned, the bedding was all missing. The office addressed this by simply giving us the bedding and asking us to make the bed. Ok. Lastly, there was a sign on the front desk that said we had to pay for any sheets that had bio-hazards on them. Huh? There was also a sign on the door that said if you use the door an alarm will go off and they will make you pay $250 each time you set the alarm off. How do you get inside then?

I reserved a room with a king size bed. They didnt have any when I went to check in. I ended up with a queen bed. I was charged for the king size.

I had no issues with my stay. Check in was easy, service was solid and i had a positive experience. I have stayed her in the past and since my last stay they have really beefed up the security and seemingly got a better system in place. I think the biggest issue is the lack of clarity regarding the kitchenette aspect but if you already know like i did then iyou just come prepared.

Toilet clogged they would not come up to fix it. So we moved to another room where the bathroom sink was clogged then in the morning while washing my hair the water was totally turned off. At that point I was turned off.

Overall this experience was horrible and a huge waste of money! When I got there the room was only half clean and they said they would clean the rest when I left that night because I was in a rush to leave and, even gave housekeeping a time of when I would be gone so they can clean. It was never cleaned that night and even the next day! I went down the next day when I woke up and asked if they could clean it AGAIN cause they never did it the previous night and they said they would when I left. I came and back later in the night and it was still not cleaned. My key card NEVER worked and I had to get it fixed 5 times in 2 days. It was ridiculous and disgusting!

There was no curtains the vending machine was not working there was hair on my toilet and my bed was dirty i was not hapoy with this place at all

The lady came in and woke me up at 1 o'clock in the morning when I was sleeping for work. Cause I have to get up at 5 cause. She said the alarm was going off and it was smoky and it wasn't. I just had a candle then when I went to check out. She said sorry it was the wrong room. It was the room next door to you and still charged me $250 for a smokey room when it was the neighbors.

The advertising is with breakfast included. But, they don't have breakfast. They serve coffee or tea with granola bars. This was very inconvenient.

No coffee in rooms, shampoo only, cheap “grab n go” breakfast, no kitchen utensils without request, remove your own garbage, very uncomfortable bed. Smells like animal urine. I will not stay with ESA again

the room was nice and the staff was super friendly and helpful. was kind of in a sketchy area of tacoma but the parking lot was gated! would probably stay again!
