塔科馬歡朋套房酒店(Hampton Inn & Suites by Hilton Tacoma)

We got two bedrooms one had massive blood stains on the carpet in between the beds. The other room had blood splattered all over the bathroom walls and door frames. It looks like someone attempted to clean it, but it was not clean. The mattresses were extremely firm one of our rooms smelt like smoke and stale cigarette. The other room was so over, perfumed with cleaner and potpourri that you were gagging. The neighborhood is super crime ridden in the hotel itself had a homeless and ************ in the parking lot at all hours of the day and night.

I was looking for a pet friendly place to stay, and chose that option for filtering choices of hotels. The total price given by ********** for my stay did not include the $50 additional fee the hotel charges. Only after arriving at the hotel, being charged the additional fee and then examining the fine print at the bottom of the hotel's terms/conditions did I find out about this additional fee. I think that information should be more prominently presented given that I had specifically chosen the pet friendly option in my search.

We arrived late and it was busy, we booked a room with two queens but I think they may have given it away since we arrived late after the concert. Not a huge deal since we were given rm with a sofa bed with a king. The next morning, we were told that breakfast was until 10 am. Out of eggs, out of bacon, out of yogurt, limited options and we were told that there was simply no food left. It was just disappointing since we booked at Hampton Inn because of the usually great breakfast options. Staff was otherwise polite and I was told that a manager would reach out to me when I asked to speak to a manager during breakfast. I left my name and number but nobody followed up. Won't be staying there again.

The Hampton Inn was amazing, we spent the weekend in the Seattle area and this was a great base for our trip. This hotel has recently been upgraded and was very comfortable and inviting. It is about 30 minutes from Seattle, but was a great drive to unwind after a busy day.

Clean, comfortable, and convenient place to stay overnight in Tacoma. You can't really go wrong with a Hampton, and this location continues that tradition. From check-in to breakfast, this was a fine place to stay for a short overnight in Tacoma. Would certainly stay again should our travel plans call for it.

Our room smelled horrible. There was hair all over our bed and shower. The milk at breakfast was expired and chunky. Definitely will not return.

Staff were not friendly (the exception was housekeeping who was super friendly!). Front desk did not offer solutions to problems. In addition guests were allowed to park across four spaces which left no parking for other guests.
