Great location and very helpful staff. Also had a bar located at the hotel.

Friendly, helpful staff. Nice breakfast options at on-site restaurant. The only thing I didn't like is that the hotel is next to a busy street, so there is some street noise. They even leave you a packet of earplugs when you check in, as they are aware of the outside noise. But this wasn't a problem, as the window in my room facing the street was heavily insulated and blocked out most of the sound, and I'm a heavy sleeper, anyway.

We arrived late, after a concert wanting nothing more then to go to bed, the room next door was screaming and banging and there waa a lot of shady activity going on outside the hotel. We called the front desk they said they would handle it. The noise stopped long enough for us to fall alsleep. We then were woken up about every hour or so througjout the night, banging, yelling, screaming,.it was a terrible nights sleep, along with very dirty carpeting in the room. Upon checkout an associate seemed concerned, and they offered us a full refund so that was great but still has not come through as of yet. But i am sure it will.

This property has been through many hotel names over the years. The Holiday Inn model that it is in now was very upscale. Rooms were nicely renovated and very clean. Staff friendly. Thanks for a great stay.

Excellent staff - welcoming and quick at check-in/check-out. Room appeared to be recently remodeled with an upscale bathroom. Plenty of parking with quick access to the freeway.

The staff was incredible hands down. Super friendly, nice to chat to, attentive, etc etc. The hotel itself is just ok. Bathrooms are laughably small and the rooms and hallway smell pretty bad like moldy or musty. There definitely needs to be a carpet pull or replacement happening somewhere. In all it wasn’t terrible but I was definitely ready to check out and go home to a shower. The only reason I wouldn’t stay again is bc of the bathroom and smell situation.

Nice hotel. Nice room.. breakfast cost 8$ but was very good and lots of it. Bathroom was a bit small but beds, pillows etc were super comfy

The staff was very nice and super helpful even when I accidentally booked myself twice on the same day on accident. It was also really cool that the kids ate free at the restaurant.
