綠人精品酒店(The Green Man Boutique Hotel)

They did not send me details to check in and insist they did after I contact the customer service at 2am after staying outside in cold for an hour Checked all my email and junks/spams I confirm I did not receive any further info abt check in informations

So on arrival the pub was closing and I went to check in. I should have received a code. I didn't. The kitchen was closing but they did make me some chips which was nice. The lady behind the bar was nice. If we had arrived any later we would not have been able to get in. We did have to wait about 10 mins for them to find the booking. They were definitely not expecting us. The room was freezing probably because the windows were broken and very old and the room was very grotty. The bedding smelled dirty, hairs in it. I honestly don't think the bathroom had been cleaned. There was used shower gel still in there. Toothpaste spit and splatter on the tap. A weird piece of material to disguise the broken window and dead splattered spider. Black mould and grime everywhere.

The pub was nice as was the food and the people running it. I liked the room although it could've done with a good clean. My main issue however was the lack of hot water and the heating not working. Both me and the mrs were unable to get a proper shower which agitated us both enormously. Unfortunatelu i wont be coming back until ive seen an invoice from the plumber. I understand that they have only just taken the place over ans hope they turn it into a thriving businesw i will want to come back to

Never been to a Hotel with no water in toilet flush.....let other issues rest for now or visit yourself. Picture shown must be taken 50years back . Towels smelling foul, insufficient light. Bedsheets with hair remains of previous guests. Shower room with choked drain pipes

The bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned between multiple guests. It was still wet from someone else having a shower. There was hair all over the floor and sink and toilet seat. The bin was overflowing and the whole room stank of the black mold on the walls and in the shower.

酒店宣傳自己距離斯坦斯特德機場僅 3 公里。預訂（和付款）後，當我在去酒店的路上時，有人打電話給我說給我分配的房間距離酒店有 15 分鐘車程。已經是晚上 10 點多了，因為深夜航班取消，我才剛剛預訂的。我不得不趕第二天很早的替代航班，所以我想住在機場附近。打電話給我的人說他們正在去主要酒店的路上，可以帶我去房間所在的地方。他讓我在酒店的主酒吧等候。我在酒吧等著，喝了一杯。晚上 11 點之後，沒有人露面，所以我試著回撥給我的電話號碼——沒有人接聽我的電話。最後只好回機場了。當我試圖通過我預訂的代理機構獲得退款時，我被告知酒店拒絕授權退款，說我沒有入住。就我而言，這只是雪上加霜。

閱讀評論後我很害怕我的住宿，作為一名商務旅行者，我每週都會入住我公司預訂的很多酒店，我確實覺得有些評論有點苛刻，但我確實看到有些觀點是有效的，所以這是一個誠實的意見, 是的，自助入住不是每個人都喜歡的，但我覺得很好，停車場需要更好的照明，外面的樓梯需要照明，不確定台階上的人造草坪，入口和走廊看起來單調乏味所以在這方面做一點工作肯定會改善外觀 massiveley 房間本身很可愛和溫暖 事實上我把散熱器調低了 走廊很可愛和溫暖 不確定金屬框架床和床墊肯定有更好的日子但我發現床上用品很乾淨，不像一些評論，我認為毛巾很乾淨清新 淋浴很可愛，很熱，有很多洗髮水、沐浴露和護髮素照明而不是單調的枝形吊燈這些房間可能更吸引人 是的 它在主要道路上交通嘈雜。一些漂亮的窗簾或百葉窗而不是木製百葉窗會有很大的不同 大量插頭和幾個 USB 充電器都很好 全部我認為只要有一點 tlc 和花一點錢的房間，他們就可以擁有一個小金礦，他們可以在價格中反映出來

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet. Da das Gebäude eher älter ist, war der Boden etwas schief. Sowohl Zimmer als auch Bad waren gut ausgestattet. Der self-check-in hat mit der Nachricht des Hotelpersonals sehr gut funktionert. Außerdem kann man praktischerweise direkt hinter dem Hotel parken.
