西納提格爾度假酒店的評價

Il resort è immerso nel verde e i cottage sono molto spaziosi ma tutto il complesso è trascurato ed avrebbe bisogno di una sistemata. Personale cortese, i pasti sono monotoni con quasi sempre le stesse portate indiane molto speziate. Hanno disponibili biciclette che però nn sono utilizzabili per visitare il paese che si trova a 500m lungo una strada sterrata nn illuminata. Il parco si trova a 20’ di jeep.

2 très belles nuits passées dans ce petit complexe en pleine nature plein de charme ! Niché sur un très beau site, cet établissement vous offre une localisation idéale pour vos safaris. Le personnel souriant se pliera en 4 pour vous et toujours avec le sourire ! La cuisine y est variée, de qualité et avec beaucoup de goût sans que cela soit trop pour les palais occidentaux. Un grand bravo au chef, nous nous sommes régalés pendant notre séjour !! Les bungalow sont assez spacieux, propres et confortables. Petit warning en revanche pour la salle de bain (j’étais dans le Tribal bungalow) : lorsque vous prenez votre douche, la salle de bain finit vite inondée… une vraie pataugeoire. Quelques travaux pour rendre ça étanche sont à prévoir Mais ca ne vous empêchera pas d’apprécier votre séjour !! Je vous le recommande, vous ne serez pas déçus !

ホスピタリティに溢れた素晴らしい滞在先でした。体調がすぐれない時に、特別な料理を作ってくれました。部屋の掃除、ランドリーも手早く完了して、快適でした。予約したサファリドライブのガイド兼ドライバーも経験豊富で、粘り強く探してくれたので、ベンガルタイガーを見ることができました。最後に朝昼晩のビュッフェで提供されるインド料理が最高でした。ロティ、パラタなどの焼き立てのインドのパンは忘れられないくらい美味しかったです。

Il resort è una ampia struttura con molti cottege ben integrati nella vegetazione ed è vicino agli ingressi del parco per i safari. I cottege sono molto ampi, arredati in modo caratteristico, puliti e con un grande bagno. C'è anche un ampio patio esterno privato per ogni cottege. La qualità del cibo è molto buona e sono disponibili diversi piatti anche per i vegetariani. Il Genaral Manager, come tutto il personale è molto gentile, efficiente e sempre disponibile per ogni esigenza. C'è una piscina esterna dove ci si può rilassare dopo il giro alla ricerca della tigre. Nonostante la struttura necessiterebbe di un rinnovamento in alcune parti, il resort è una ottima sistemazione.

Really good property. Loved the food. And their hospitality and safari naturalists are the BEST. Manish Dwivedi ensured that our stay was very comfortable and got all the safari bookings that we wanted. Had the best time at Syna and at Bandhavgarh.

Syna Tiger Resort was fabulous. The resort blew past all our expectations. It is a majestic, large, well maintained jungle lodge which made you feel special from the moment you set foot in it. The room was both rustic and elegant, the service was absolute top drawer, the food was good and the staff made our experience memorable. The staff gave us hot water bags and blankets at 6am when we started on our safaris! I would encourage and recommend fellow tourists to choose Syna as their destination in Bandavgarh. Hema who coordinated our itinerary for our trip requires special mention. She called me everyday to answer my questions and was instrumental in my picking Syna as my destination resort in Bandhavgarh. She was a huge help for me and a great asset for the Syna organiztion. Thanks Hema and Syna. We had a great time in Bandhavgarh. Our sighting a tiger on our first safari made it the dream trip.

We had an very enjoyable stay here. The location is great, close to the main gates of Bandhavgarh. We were in the themed cottages, each named for one of the Indian states, and these were very nice. It was great to sit outside with the fire going every evening. The meals were all very good: the lunch, the evening tea, the dinner and the packed breakfast they sent with us at 6.00 am for the morning Safaris. The staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful. A couple of minor suggestions to the hotel management: please consider moving the starting time for the lunch from 1.00 pm to 12.30 pm, since we were leaving for the afternoon safaris at 2.00 pm, it would have been nice to have a little more time after lunch. Also, it was a little painful to come to the reception area to access internet/WiFi. A wonderful hotel of this type should provide internet in the rooms. But these are minor suggestions, all in all this is a great place, strongly recommended if you are going to Bandhavgarh

We are visiting from USA, and stayed in Syna for 3 nights in June. We picked Bandhavgarh as it is known for its highest density of tigers in the world - and it did not disappoint us. Facts: June is super hot and we did not do anything else after the morning safari, otherwise the resort was very good, well-maintained, food was too good. One of the weekdays we were the only ones and the whole staff was so friendly and even customized food to our needs - they also offered to make things like buttermilk or kichdi to help with any digestive issues and even provided some medicines when one of us needed it. We went for two morning Safaris with Bhuri Singh - we think he is the best amongst all safari guides out there, he went over and beyond for us to get some good sightings, and explained everything in detail. Ask for him early if you are making a reservation, as he is super popular among the Syna visitors. Overall highly recommend Syna resort and Safari with Bhuri Singh.

I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel/resort. The staff behavior was unprofessional and rude, which made my stay uncomfortable. Instead of being helpful, the staff were dismissive and uncooperative. This is not the level of service I expected. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and improves staff behavior in the future.

Amazing people and great property. Each of the cottages stand out than the other. Lavish buffet menu. Ever smiling staff and wonderful experience.

Had a wonderful trip to a rustic locale with welcoming general manager, polite and helpful staff, knowledgeable Bhuri Singh (naturalist) in the lap of Nature…..

The experience was extremely disappointing. Despite the rooms looking good, there was absolutely zero service from the staff. Basic hospitality was missing, and no one seemed interested in helping guests. The food was average and not worth the price at all. Overall, the stay did not meet expectations in any way. Poor service completely ruined the experience, making it a waste of time and money. I would not recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

My second visit to Tiger Syna Resort was every bit as memorable as the first. The sprawling 85 acres with themed cottages and suites once again offered the perfect mix of luxury and adventure. The open-to-sky bathrooms still gave that unique jungle touch, while the modern amenities ensured complete comfort. The staff, led by Mr. Manish welcomed us warmly and made our return feel personal. Their hospitality was consistently exceptional. Mr. Onam a highly learned naturalist with deep knowledge of the forest, guided us through four thrilling safaris, making sure we didn’t miss a single detail of the jungle’s wonders. I was surprised to learn that one of the naturalists who was driving the jeep Mr. Bharat Mandhyan was the GM of the resort. It was his hobby and he loved to travel the jungle. The resort’s facilities — spa, pool, games, and gym — continued to impress, while revisiting the Navagraha and herbal gardens felt even more enriching the second time. Dining remained a highlight, with creative use of local flavours making every meal unforgettable. Tiger Syna Resort has proven that excellence isn’t a one-time affair — it’s a promise they live up to with every stay. They make you feel like a celebrity. I look forward to returning.
