傑出的！！客戶服務非常好。我們用淡水清潔房間。我們感到非常安全。我會推薦所有人留下來。飯菜很乾淨，因為食物很美味。工作人員對客人非常細心。

We just left pride inn and it was really a great experience! The food was excellent, the rooms were clean and the staff were just exceptional. We were handled mainly by 2 staff, Millie and Simon and they were literally at our beck and call. Overall lovely trip, we will definitely visit again.

What a wonderful place. The staff the facilities the food was first rate! We had a cabin that had walls and windows but with a tent roof. Our door opened up to a private deck that overlooked a river. The sunsets from that deck were nothing short of spectacular! At night the staff walks you back to your tent or cabin. They are there to protect you should any animal come up out of the foliage. There were baboons and we know that across the river a lion had killed a gazelle. Hippos resided in the river. we were there for three nights and had a first rate experience.

We spent 2 nights at room with river view. Food and conditions of stay was good. Personal was very nice, polite and hospitality, particularly guest service Rachael and waiter Brenda, she made our residence kindly. We will visit this place next time for sure to renew safari experience. In love with Kenya and Maasai Mara.

We stayed at Prideinn Mara Camp between 23-24 January, 2024 as part of our Safari trip in Masai Mara. During the morning of our Safari, I left my reading glasses by the sink and put on my lenses, so that it would be more convenient on the bumpy safari roads or game drive as our guides called it. In the afternoon, as we got back to the camp, I noticed that my reading glasses were gone and they were nowhere to be found! Since the lighting in the room was very dim and inefficient, we had to search every single part of the room with a flashlight, but to no avail. I’m short-sighted to a high degree and wear reading glasses throughout the day. My eyes get very dry and tired after a long period of wearing lenses (due to which I wear them seldom) so the dissapearance of my reading glasses was extremely frustrating also due to health reasons - not to mention that they were expensive and tailor made. I talked to the housekeeping and front office managers about the diasappearance and all they could say was that they had spoken to the person who had tidied up our room and said that she hadn’t seen any glasses! So, my glasses had vanished into thin air and it was nowhere to be found! This ruined our night at the camp and my family and I were very stressed out due the whole ordeal. The next day, our flight was cancelled to the following day and I was stuck without my glasses for another day and afterwards a 7 hour flight back to İstanbul with extremely dry and tired eyes. Why? Because somebody did not tell the truth about what happened to the glasses and the management was not willing to investigate the situation properly. Now, it’ll cost me a good sized budget, time and inconvenience to replace the glasses, leave alone the extremely itchy and dry eyes. I believe this is a case of truly incompetent staffing and management which is enough to ruin a holiday and more. My husband was also pissed off, our children were demoralized and our stress was contagious to our friends during the remaining of our stay. I would strongly suggest that you avoid this location during your Masai Mara visit. Esra, İstanbul

I highly recommend Pride Inn Mara Camp! I’ve traveled to Maasai Mara before and have stayed other places but this was my favorite. We stayed 8 nights in Jan 2024, and the Prideinn staff were phenomenal in making our stay fun and memorable. We were leaving at 05:00 (am) on our day of departure and Dominick was up early to make us coffee and African chai. We loved all the staff. Rooms (tents) were spacious, clean, and comfortable. It rained every day but we had no issues with water in our tents. Food was tasty and there was great variety. The soups and desserts were especially good. Unforgettable experience and I will be back!

Het personeel doet er echt werkelijk alles aan om je verblijf onvergetelijk te maken. Iedereen is vrolijk en vriendelijk en niets is teveel moeite. Iedere avond stond er een heerlijk buffet van lokale gerechten en speelde Frank liedjes op zijn gitaar. De lodge ligt ideaal langs een rivier. Wij hadden een eigen auto mee die al aan de andere kant van de rivier in het park stond. Zo hoefde je alleen de loopbrug over en kon je game drive beginnen. Het was fijn om tussen de game drives door lekker aan het zwembad te kunnen liggen. De private bush diner is erg aan te bevelen!

Dos noches en una habitación/carpa que permite escuchar nítidamente los sonidos de la naturaleza? Impensado y maravilloso! El personal muy amable y siempre con una sonrisa. El restaurante es suficiente, y afuera de éste hay comodidades para esperar el anochecer junto al río. Realmente hermoso!!

Très bien situé directement dans le parc Masai Mara. Très propre. Tente spacieuse avec douche et toilette. Excellent service de tous les employés de l’hôtel, tous très sympathiques et souriants. Très bon repas. Nous y retournerions les yeux fermés.
