塔爾基特納阿拉斯加旅舍酒店

This is an old hotel. If you are above 5'6" the shower head will be really low. It came up to my chest. No AC, but they give you a fan that blows air out at about 2 mph. Room was not ready when we got there after 4. Had to wait about 30 minutes for them to finish. All stairs, no elevators, so you will have fun getting your luggage around. TV is small, like 24", and the picture was fuzzy. I will say the one window that opens did so like butter. Very smooth opening and closing. So, not all bad. Since the TV was so fuzzy, I just opened and closed the window for about 45 minutes to entertain myself. The pictures of this place make it look fantastic. It isn't.

Loved restaurants on site, close parking, and an elevator to use rather than carrying luggage up and down staircases. Loved the rockers in the lobby in front of large windows with a view! Loved the gift shop and all the pleasant people working here. Great job!!!

Motel treatment for resort price Staff not as friendly, but room is clean. However, keep getting footsteps noise above us. We pretty much thought we were at a motel, rather than a resort.

The property was very nice and super clean. The outside deck was great, nice place to relax while taking in Denali. Could have more comfy chairs around, one deck only had benches and another had no chairs. Rooms were large and bed was comfy, could due with an update especially showers. Would stay again!

Our stay at the lodge was amazing. The property is beautiful. Would like to give a shoutout to Melissa and Vanessa behind the desk. They went above and beyond to help us during our stay. Also Darren and Spencer in the bar weee amazing. One more shout out to Tristan for our fun shuttle rides.

Terrible customer service at the front desk and restaurant. The restaurant was out of multiple items on the menu. The food was nothing great, but expensive. The gym is almost non-existent. No hot tub. No pool. Did I mention, terrible customer service! Truly, nasty attitudes.

Muy buen hotel Muy bonito hotel , grande , cómodo , habitaciones gtrabdes y cómodos ( solo q es un mini pueblo de unas cuantas tiendas y Rest muy pocos también ( 3 o 4 )

Very clean and well maintained rooms. Staff at the reception are very friendly and professional. Enjoyed our short stay.
