塔拉哈西市區福朋喜來登酒店(Four Points by Sheraton Tallahassee Downtown)

The breakfast was good but not worth the price. The hotel is nice and staff is very friendly and welcoming. The view if your higher up is beautiful

Service was fine building and equipments are aged, but the service was good they will do their best to help you.

Ho alloggiato nella struttura solo per una notte, ma ottimamente: camera grande, spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort, personale disponibilissimo. Hotel pulitissimo e ampio parcheggio. Non gli manca nulla

I had to wait 10 minutes at the checkin desk waiting for the person to show up. No one could find them. The first room they gave me was across from the elevator and the door wouldn’t shut all the way. My second room was facing a blue spotlight outside and the bathoom toilet and tub had hairs all over them. Yuck! The room didn’t have a fridge. It just felt dirty

Front desk provided my room number/info to someone(an unwelcomed person) that was not on my reservation and allowed them to come up to my room without informing me. This could’ve ended way differently. They also stated that there’s nothing they can do so I will be following up with corporate. This is beyond unacceptable and is extremely unsafe.

Overall the stay at this hotel was excellent. I do not want to discourage anyone from visiting is located very convenient to FSU as we were visiting our daughter the hotel is renovated. I have some nice pool hot tub. My husband needs the access to the handicap parking lot and is nicely convenient to come in and out of the hotel, the staff is excellent 200% at all time, thank you especially Erika and Jawan in the front desk the only issue that we had was the few items that need to be alone by maintenance and housekeeping that cleaning mess be a little bit better in the room there was mold in the ceiling box mattress, cover had yellow stains in the kitchen sink was broken as well as a Clock toilet however, they send the staff to maintenance right away and I was not a problem I think you have this hotel will take care of those details especially the cleaning list and the rooms will always get 100% rating but again I will stay in this hotel again especially because the service staff it’s wonderful thank you Erika and Jawan .

I enjoyed my stay although different from the previous stay. $50 hidden fee that was later returned although it was a surprise. Than we were given vouchers before for drinks and breakfasts. Was not offered this time. Than I was told it was a option in the ******* app to include this. But the ******* app did not give me that option or the option to pay at the hotel when I arrived. I had to prepay this time. So that was a little annoying.

The front desk was amazing customer service. Meakala Bartender was very friendly and made great cocktails. Both should be commended for their great work. The gentleman at the front desk I was told won EE of the month. Should win again.
