Absolutely fantastic place to stay, not only for the first class accommodation and service but also the location which gives easy access to town as well as the surf beaches at Weligama in the other direction. The rooms vary from very good to exceptional if you book their largest room which is probably the most spacious and well designed room I have stayed in. The direct access to the small beach outside is also a bonus but during our stay the waves restricted access for anything other than a quick dip. There is, however, a great little beach a couple of hundred meters away and a shack bar. The main beach in town is also excellent with plenty of bars/restaurants without being over commercial.

Beautiful hotel on the beach Beautiful hotel right on the beach. We ate in the restaurant at night, amazing food & good wine. Not cheap but you get what you pay for. Good breakfast. Lovely big room with loads of space. Loved being able to sunbathe overlooking the sea. The staff were amazing. The highlight of the stay was seeing the wild turtles in the sea right outside. The staff took seaweed to feed them. Such an amazing experience. Already planning our next stay here.

Absolutely the best WB Villa is one of the most peaceful places I have ever stayed in. It was right by the beach without anyone other than very pleasant locals nearby. The suite was tastefully decorated, the breakfast just right, the service top notch. I really felt like I was staying at a beautiful home away from home. Thank you WB Villa and all the staff.
