塔馬林德雅藍公寓(Tamarindo Blue Apartments)

Un sitio precioso,apartamento con todo lo necessrio para cocinar,microondas,cocina de gas,tostadora,batidora muy lindo con una piscina excelente y un Bonito jardin Todos muy amables y muy limpio gracias a Lucrecia Volveremos !!

Nos quejamos del mal servicio y el dueño del hotel, extranjero reto a mi esposo a pelear. Aparte de tratar super mal a los visitantes, el lugar esta en malas condiciones. Definitivamente es mal persona. Inclusive uno teme por la propia vida. Le mando mensajes de una cuenta en Facebook, diciendo que cuando volviera le dijera pueden ver en la foto la evidencia.

i have never wrote a review before, but im here to warn YOU! Michele stalla, the owner of the blue apartments is an extremely rude, arrogant and cruel person. zero points for this stay. terrible conditions, dirty apartments, bathroom, no running water at night, couldn't flush toilet, when complained, he came like a mad man knocking and screaming open the door,reacted offended, got personal and insulting towards his guests, can you imagine! instead of finding a solution he decided to react like a 7 year old child would do. we wanted to leave immediately, airbnb got us our money back, then he made up the story that we destroyed a 400 euro tv! we never touched nore ever used it. he got that money than from airbnb. this man is corrupt and cruel, for you own safety, stay away! as we are packing our stuff to leave (before check out time !) he comes screaming knocking at our door we should leave right now, immediately and rushes us with an attitude and evil energy, that I haven't seen in a long time.

Me and my friend arrived to this place and it was not a good experience. In the apartment we were met by a bad smell, unclean bathroom, a wet couch, mold in the kitchen and window that we were unable to close. When we told the host about this he just laughed and blamed the climate to be the reason. We asked for a refund but he refused to give us that. I do not recommend this place at all.

Stayed one night and everyone woke up the next morning COVERED in bed bug bites. Tried to talk to the owner and he violently threatened us and tried to fight me. Avoid this place at all costs. It’s dangerous and dirty

We would very strongly not recommend the Tamarindo Blue for numerous health and safety reasons. The accommodations themselves are a Hell Hole to say the least, in addition to the host being one of the most arrogant and rood persons I have ever met!! Initially we booked Tamarindo Blue for a 4 week stay, and we ended up only staying 1 night!! We brought a list of our concerns to the Host the following morning and he had no intention of making any repairs to the apartment, including toilets that didn’t flush, leaked raw sewer on the floor and bubbled and gurgled all night long, cockroaches absolutely everywhere, bedbug bites to all family members, filthy mattresses with paper between the sheets, and a kitchen unsuitable for a university students needs!! The room stank of sewage and ammonia. He advised us that his apartments were ‘good enough for him’. The apartment was not worth the money we paid and it’s not what it is advertised as in the photos. I suppose if i were 21 and needed a dirty "flop house", this MIGHT have sufficed. We had a host of other concerns such as weak/ disconnecting Wi-Fi, door locks that only worked with a key from the inside, deadbolts that didn’t work, the kitchen sink did not work properly and overall not clean and in a state of disrepair. Feel free to contact me and I can send you the list that we sent to the Host. The Host was very non-responsive to any of our concerns. He continuedly deflected responsibility and was extremely rood to my wife and I when trying to discuss our concerns. I would strongly recommend you read all the reviews about this property and Host prior to booking. I certainly wish we had!!! The negative reviews about the property and the Host are true. We ended up having to file a complaint to Airbnb, which took a week to recover a portion of our money of the unstayed nights. If you consider staying here despite the reviews do so at your own risk... you will be staying with the Devil himself in his little Hell Hole!! PS... Google the Host and you will see a plethora of additional information about his character... then you may start to see the picture i am trying to paint in order to help avoid this same situation for other travelers. Bad people have no intentions of doing good for others and this is the case here. Pura Vita and safe travels everyone :)
