坦帕市中心希爾頓酒店

地理位置極佳，位於坦帕市中心。房間寬敞、乾淨，但有點吵。

The shower has no hot water. The heating system doesn’t heat the room. The hotel room looks from 50s. Quite old and definitely need maintenance.

Room is nice and clean. Meeting facilities are great.

Good ambiance, prime location, however service is so so.

We stayed at this Hilton for one night and unfortunately had a very disappointing experience. Our original room had a strong wet dog or musty carpet odor that was impossible to ignore. We requested a room change and were moved to another room where the smell was slightly better, but the bathroom was unacceptable. The shower was visibly dirty and had hair all over it. I even took photos because of how unsanitary it was. As a result, we were unable to use the shower and could not even take a shower before checking out the next morning. I mentioned these issues at checkout, but the only response I received was, “Sorry about that, we’ll email you the receipt.” There was no effort to address the concerns or make things right. For a Hilton property, I expected much better cleanliness standards and customer service. Unfortunately, this stay was very disappointing
