Very convenient location and very nice staff. Their breakfast was delicious.

Made a reservation and made I made a mistake. Reception person was dismissive and not willing to help make the correction. I made the call to ******* and it was fixed immediately and check in occurred right after and the reception person’s attitude changed. Not up to the standard that Hilton should present!

Checked in, lady was more worried about her phone then telling me about the hotel, no parking pass given, woke up to nasty letter on my truck, had to ask for conditioner it was empty, $11 for Continental breakfast?? After 250 a night??? Gtfo, first and last stay

Management rude and incompetent in handling date change. Overcharged for days not stayed and had to involve ******* multiple times to get refund. Facility ok.

They did not clean my room for 1 day. Both my wife and I got bed bug bites.

Very expensive rate compared to my friends who stayed at the same hotel on the same night. Service was adequate. Breakfast was $15 for French toast and bacon plus tip. Close walk to historic district with cigar shops, restaurants, roosters, art galleries. A/C kept me up at night. Room next to us played TV very loud. Pillows were too soft. Not impressed for the high price.

I was sent a message a few days before my stay from ******* asking if I had any requests for my stay. The email gave examples. We always ask for more pillows so I figured this would be great. Having them there before we check in. Once I responded to the email I received another email stating the hotel would get back to me directly... they never did. I read somewhere if you book from a 3rd party you get the worst room. I now know that is true. We got the room where if we open the door to the room you can see the whole lobby. Rust all over the light fixtures in the bathroom and it looks like mold on the ceiling in the bathroom. No vents so I'm not surprised. I will say the customer service was excellent. From the person who checked us in, the person who dropped off the pillows after we asked again and the man who checked us out. Water pressure in the shower was also amazing.
