I loved your Wake-up service. Nancy at the Front Desk was very friendly to everyone. You need to supply your bathrooms with 2-ply toilet paper. Also, each garbage can should be lined with a plastic bag.

If you want to go to the stadium for an event, this is an easy walk, easy parking, restaurants nearby and 10 minute drive to YBor.

One night stay to see a Bucs game. Hotel was overall ok. First, it is old and could use a refresh, especially for a $300 a night stay. Although it was clean. We were told breakfast was till 10, but the lady closed it up at 9. We were able to get food, but were rushed. Found out we were told the wrong time, but i have never stayed anywhere and breakfast closed at 9, esp on a holiday. Staff was friendly. Walk friendly to the game as well and restaurants.

Good location, good price, very nice staff, but the property itself is tired and badly needs renovation

They did not change my room. To review: had the same sheets, towels etc. for the entire stay. After complaining to both the desk person & then both the desk person & their mgr for 2 days...they finally sent someone ~6:30 PM the night before I left. "How do I make it right ?" he asks. Run away...

Nice hotel conveniently located. I had a queen suite with kitchenette and it was comfortable. Perfectly clean room- appears to have been recently renovated. Only downside was there is no airport shuttle even though airport is very close to the property. Hotel is under 3 miles from airport and cost to UBER was about $18. Folks at front desk were very helpful and friendly!

Staff are wonderful and helpful. Great team. Clean common areas (great breakfast) and clean room. Our room had an issue with the AC actually being stuck on too low setting LOL which is weird i know but overall great experience. Staff offered to move us but we were fine for the short time we were there.

We stayed at this property for parents weekend at usf. We had a great stay. There are a lot of pros to include a spacious room, comfortable bed and a full kitchen. The only con is that the bathroom could definitely use some updating and the air conditioner was obnoxiously loud but these are not things that would ruin our experience . For the price we paid we were pleasantly surprised and would stay there again.

Decent property but quite loud early morning when the planes pass by. Building is new on the outside but room looked very old and dated. Didn’t replenish some items at breakfast.
