I like the rooms, convenance,and cleanliness. I don't appreciate being forced to valet park and you get charged $40 for it. None of that was disclosed on the website or booking info. They literally drove my car 1000 ft and now on top of a $300 room, $50 damage hold, I have to pay another $40 for the only option they offer for parking. I also don't appreciate that from noon until we left the room to go to a game our TV's are not working. They keep glitching and freezing, so even though I paid an insane amount my TV's don't work. I've literally stayed at a LaQuinta inn and the TV's worked perfectly. I messaged the front desk and they did nothing about it, initially said N engineer would be up to my room to fix it. After 2 hrs no one showed up so I wrote again and was told their TV provider was aware of the issue. Ummm that's great but when is my TV going to work? They should at least offer to credit some of the room price because of the TV's not properly working.
