Was in room 350 and it was an adjoining ADA room that we did not request…we stayed for only few hours to get sleep between flights but the adjoining room was very noisy late at night, man and woman talking loud and TV sound also loud. Had to call front desk to let them know the situation and they said they will send somebody but I don’t know if they did because the sound did not go down and I had difficulty sleeping. Also room clock was 1 hour wrong so that is not good if guest didn’t notice. ADA bathroom doors did not close perfectly either, you can see the other in the restroom and does not have good privacy. I was disappointed with this stay and would like to be contacted by someone in charge. Front desk staff made note for the supervisor, please reply to my email. Thank you.
