We stopped and stayed here after a trip we were on was extended a day and we had an early flight to catch. Check in was quick and easy. The beds were comfortable and the location was great as it was minutes to the airport, which was great with a 6 am flight with 3 kids and 7 people total. Our only complaint was the laundromat services were only available until 9. We spent the day at the beach and just planned to wash and pack our beach things once we had come back from dinner. Once we got back from dinner the hotel laundromat was about to close. There was a coin mat about mins up the road , so it wasnt the hugest inconvenience, but it would have been nice to have the on site laundromat available 24 hours or even until midnight. We travel for sports a lot and this is the first time we have encountered this.

We had the pleasure of staying 1 night at this property. After a long long international trip, we arrived earlier than check-in. We had the pleasure of meeting Trinidad, at the front desk. Fortunately, there was a room available when we arrived, and Trinidad, understanding our plight of long travel, delayed service, we were figuratively "dead tired". Thank Trinidad for your understanding and going above & beyond to help a Gold HH Member. Your efforts should NOT go unnoticed. Recently stay at this hotel since our cruise was impacted by Debby. Staff was great especially Robin. Rooms and the morning Breakfast was fantastic. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone - close to everything. Keep up the good work and thank you for making our stay wonderful.

Overall the staff was friendly, but this hotel has some issues. There was mold in the hallway and around our room door frame on the 2nd floor. The bath fan didn't work, there were bugs in the room, the bedding was damp, the carpet was damp by the air conditioner and we had to request to have our room serviced. I will not be going back until the mold issues are resolved.

was a very good hotel, staff was pleasant and helpful, check in was easy, beds were ok and clean, bathroom was clean, room smelled good, breakfast was fresh, the only bad things was the outlets didn't work, towels were rough and the a/c was wayyy too loud

We stayed the night before a cruise, good place to stay. We had the king bed room, 152 dollars for the night. Room was clean, nicely ran hotel. Front desk was very nice. Breakfast area was really good, coffee and some items. Parking is good, no fee to park.

Bed was not clean and when I brought it up at checkout the woman at the front desk fought with me asking why I didn’t say something sooner? “WELL WHY DIDNT YOU TELL US YESTERDAY??” Well I shouldn’t have to explain myself. When I travel, to host photo shoots I will never stay here again.

Book my room through the Hilton website at a base rate of $183 per night. When I got to the hotel my rate had risen to $198 per night. When I showed them my reservation confirmation and asked why the a difference I was told I needed to speak with the GM who would be in Monday at 9;30 and leave around 5. I was leaving the hotel at 7 am and returning after 6. I asked the GM to call me, 36 hours later no call.

I recently stayed at this Hampton Inn North of the airport for three nights. I stayed on the fifth floor. There is plenty of free parking at this facility in a parking lot that seemed to be newly paved. As you explore the building, you can tell it is an older building; however, very nicely remodeled. The rooms are remodeled to what you see in the newer Hampton Inn's. The rooms are large and the beds are comfortable. The a/c worked very well in this room and there are plenty of channels on the television. The hotel is located next door to a Mission BBQ and an Arby's and just down the street from a Wawa. It is conveninetly located less than 15 minutes to the airport. The only miss was the continental breakfast. I utilized the continental breakfast all three mornings and it was sufficient; however, not as many options as some Hampton Inns. All Hampton Inn breakfasts are close to the same; however, some are expanded. The breakfast was fine; however, what bothered me is that the breakfast attendant stayed in the "kitchen/storage room" the entire time all three mornings and never came out to tidy up, wipe things down, etc. I was in the breakfast area for 30 minutes two mornings and 1 hour on the first morning. Never did she appear. She stayed in the back room and was either chatting with another person or on the phone. I'm not sure which one. I think it is nice to have a nice welcome from the breakfast attendant, which was not the case here. Otherwise, a good and solid Hampton Inn. I would return again.

Recently stayed at this hotel for one night. Greeted by very friendly man who made us feel welcome. Hotel very clean, big breakfast included, perfectly located right near the airport. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a place away from home.

Immaculate rooms, friendly and helpful staff, high quality food, wifi, tv et al. Location and convenience in abundance. I stay at this hotel 30 time plus per year and the level of service and satisfaction has improved. How many times in life can a person say they received more than they paid for? This is one of those times.

I am giving Hampton Inn Tampa-Veterans Expwy an A+. I traveled to Tampa for business. The staff was very nice from the time I checked in to the time I checked out. The room and gym were very clean. I will be back!

Less than 20 minutes from the airport. Less expensive than properties at south end of airport. If you have a rental car, note that you will want to avoid the tolls. Relatively recent updates to this property. Travel with a white noise machine to help ignore approaching air traffic.

Just left a stay with 5 rooms for 4 nights. I am a Diamond member who paid for all rooms (no points or vouchers used). Overall very disappointed. Cons: -A/C didn’t work in one room -Water pressure was horrible in one room -WiFi didn’t work at all, for the entire stay, for anyone -one room key was deactivated after our first night because they called us “no show”. We Checked in for all 5 rooms on the app AND picked up key cards on our arrival. They cancelled our reservation and we had to rebook. Frustrating to deal with after a long day being a tourist. -they changed/screwed up my husband’s name on the reservation so when our cards deactivated again the next day he couldn’t easily show an ID to have them reactivated -“business center” is one PC right next to the elevation—zero privacy and very loud Pros: -free parking and proximity to the highway, WaWa c-store, and restaurants
