El hotel está en muy buena posición , desayuno incluido variado , pero las habitaciones no estaba muy limpia , las sabanas del sofá cama llenas de pelo , y el techo sucio lleno de telarañas además uno de los pocos hoteles que he ido que no tienen microondas

El personal muy amable, desayuno variado, muy bueno, cercano a restaurantes y tiendas. Una muy buena opción para hosped**** Lo recomiendo.

The property was very neat and clean. Location is excellent. Staff goes above and beyond. I used the park and stay service which was excellent and easy to use. Has a nice pool but didn’t get to use because we were traveling and left our vehicle there for 10 days. When we returned after 10 days we stayed another 3 days. Breakfast buffet was great every morning. There is a laundry service available but we did not use that but was nice to have if needed. Rooms were a little dated but very clean, comfortable and acceptable for the price. Lots of food options available within walking distance. Would definitely stay again. I will also book here again in the future. Danny and everyone we dealt with during our stay were very helpful, accommodating and friendly with a smile. I travel a lot and have stayed at a lot of high end resorts and this is my place to stay when traveling to Tampa. Thanks for all your services and making us feel welcome.

The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The hotel was close to the airport which was convenient. It was also within a short walking distance to a few restaurants. If you need to be near the airport, I would highly recommend Hyatt Place Tampa Airport/Westshore.

Stayed overnight for bowl game. Let us leave vehicle in lot since we couldn’t check in before the game until we got back. Upgraded us to a king suite without asking. We walked both ways to Raymond James stadium. Took about 45 minutes each way and felt safe

Roaches on first floor in room and bathroom. Staff walked in without knocking. Unimaginable.
