喜來登坦帕布蘭登酒店(Sheraton Tampa Brandon Hotel)

Paid for a “balcony” view, hoping for my kids to see some type of fireworks on New Year’s Eve. The sliding back door was literally glued to the wall. Let the front desk know about this , even came up to the room to try opening door herself. Acknowledged it being glued shut basically and said she’d see if the manager could do about it and would call ip. Well, never received that call. Had to drive around to see fireworks after paying 300+ For the room.

Dirtiest hotel I've ever been to. Looks nothing like the photos. The carpet in the room was wet and sandy. We had sand stuck to the bottom of our feet after walking around in the room. The rooms have a weird smell and are in terrible condition. Shower curtain was mouldy. Staff was unfriendly. Rooms are very run down and not updated. This is supposed to be a 3.5 star hotel. I feel catfished by the photos online. The staff was rude and unfriendly. We called the front desk for towels and she kept putting the phone down on us and did not bother to try and call back. So we went downstairs to get more towels and she told us she could hear us on the phone but thought we couldn't hear her. We could hear her. It was weird that she didn't bother to call back because she wasn't busy. The whole situation was weird. I want to emphasise that the online photos are incredibly misleading. The hotel and rooms look nothing like this. I travel a lot and I've stayed in many different kinds of hotels, motels, Airbnbs, etc. But this one is the worst experience I've ever had. I've never felt so catfished by photos in my life. This was supposed to be a family trip but my family definitely had a bad time staying in this hotel. My father works in the hotel industry and he was quite disappointed by the lack of standards this hotel had. My mother was uncomfortable by the lack of cleanliness in the room as well.

Paying more then $200 a night and breakfast not included. Ask for service on front desk and over the phone from room. No service provided had to go to front desk third time to get service.

During my recent stay at this hotel, I was quite dismayed by the subpar conditions. Despite its three-star rating, the room fell short with peeling wallpaper and evident black mold in the bathroom, creating an uncomfortable environment. Seeking a resolution, I requested a room change, only to find the replacement mirroring the previous one in terms of dustiness. The lack of attention to cleanliness was disheartening. Moreover, the absence of balcony privacy raised significant safety concerns, as it felt vulnerable to potential intrusions. This aspect detracted from the overall experience, leaving me dissatisfied with my stay at the hotel.

Large property, easy check in, thin walls, tired mattress, time for a renovation, took multiple guests working together to find a single sad ice machine, on a huge floor which was either out of ice or non-functional, same outcome, no ice. Might be OK for tourist family's or mid price conventions, not a great choice gor business travel.

Our room was dirty and had black mold all through the bathroom. We got a full refund but i wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. We both got sick from the black mold. Absolutely unacceptable!!

The room was very clean and comfortable. The check in staff person was very friendly. We will definitely stay here again!!

Double le beds had plastic mattress covers that were noisy and hard underneath the thin sheet. Sliding door was locked at the bottom with no outside furniture. Sleep was rough. However, the pool was large and the outside area was nice. The hotel was large open and clean. The bartender and desk staff were professional. The coffee machine wasn’t cleaned, they only had decaf coffee in the room, 3 towels and 2 wash cloths for 4 people, hair in the shower. The area is safe. Balcony is on the interstate side of the hotel.

Hotel needs maintenance and attention to details, not a 300$ a night hotel
