坦帕艾美酒店 - 法院(Le Méridien Tampa, the Courthouse)

toilet doesnt flush, faucet drain real slow, room has super high ceiling with manual curtain which make it so difficult to close or open. There's a hssss sound at the aircon vent very close to bed. on the other hand lobby super low ceiling. counter not esp friendly.

這是我前一天和第二天所有約會的理想地點。一切都很乾凈，所有員工都很友好和樂於助人。令人失望的是，由於Covid規定，仍然沒有客房服務。但我喜歡看到舊的銀行大樓被重新利用而不被拆毀。

Four stars instead of five. Like other reviewer‘s, this hotel needs new beds and new pillows. The beds are very uncomfortable. And the pillows are very lumpy. It’s very hard to get comfortable. I was there for five nights and I don’t feel like I slept good for one of them. Other than the issue with the bed and pillows, the property is beautiful. I really enjoyed being in the historic building and seeing all of the original work. The property was very clean at all times. The free coffee in the morning is very nice. I did feel like there were not enough towels in my room when I got there. It’s not like they only had one set of each which was clearly not enough. I also noticed that the dispensers in the shower were practically empty and the body wash pump was broken. Other than that it was a great day. I would stay here again if they did change their beds. I really enjoyed the property itself and the location was very easy to get to and in a centralized location of Tampa.

I absolutely loved that this hotel was an actual old court house. As lovers of architecture, both my daughter and I said we would definitely stay here again. Even though there are renovations being done, we really didn’t notice. ALL of the staff we came in contact with were friendly and professional ( almost a rarity these days).

Dejamos los iPods de mi hijo después de 4 noches en el hotel. He hecho varias llamadas explicando que por la aplicación de Apple se que están en el hotel y dos personas han quedado de avisarme y no devuelven llamadas. Se quedaron el la habitación. Situación no entendible!!!!!!

Outstanding service from the moment we entered. We only had a uncomfortable experience in the restaurant with a waiter. We'll let it pass, it was a personality issue.

I don’t normally right hotels, but this was such a unique stay in downtown Tampa in a converted courthouse would highly stay here again.

Loud AC unit in room. Upgraded room did not meet expectations. Valet parking thought they lost the key to our brand new truck but it turned out that they had left it in the vehicle over night. Finally I left clothes in the closet and called after checking out. I was given no information but told to go to a website to report. Tried reaching front desk a few times and was cut off and sent to a voicemail that was not connected. Very disappointed in this hotel.

AC leaking water into carpet...Yuck. Only gave a nominal credit for the soggy, damp room. Given Accessible room without prior agreement. Inadequate lighting for reading in the room. Very nice historic building conversion.
