Stayed for 1 night after long haul flight. Good comfy bed, breakfast was also good - they have 1minute pancake machine, quiet, free parking. We had to wait atleast 15 minutes for someone at the reception to check us in as they were away doing the rooms. Also noticed few homeless people coming in making themself a coffee- you needed a key to get in so not sure what was going on there. Overall pretty good stay.

The hotel was very clean. The beds were comfortable room was great and quiet. We were concerned when we saw it is literally right next to I4 but we didn’t hear the road at all at night. It is in a rougher area of town but the hotel itself felt very safe. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

What I didn't like was the fact that I had to make a "deposit for incidentals" as stated by the front desk representative. However, she reassured me and my party that the funds would be returned to the credit card (on file) upon checkout and or a later date/time.

I have been overwhelmed by the kindness and consideration of the staff here at Holiday Inn Express Tampa East! Kash, the manager was amazing with assisting us with our cruise parking. His generosity and concern went above and beyond!! Antonia answered the first phone call when I inquired about the hotel and cruise parking availability. I had the pleasure to meet her upon check in and she was such a gracious host! Without the way she answered the phone, we would not have booked here. Rachel must also be mentioned for her care and attention. With her assistance I feel so comfortable leaving my brand new car here for our cruise.The hotel 10/10! Clean, excellent free breakfast and large rooms! I can tell that the hotel has been completely remodeled or newly built. Will stay here again for certain and you will not be disappointed when you book. Take advantage of their hospitality!

Very Clean Hotel, loved the soaps available. Bed was very comfortable. We had a family of 5 coming so they knew we would need pull out, but linens and towels were not prepared for 5 people. That is the only thing that needed improvement. I did have to go down to desk and wait for linens to be brought to me but the clerk was very sweet and helpful in getting them for me.

We did not stay there were cockroaches in our room ! It totally ruined our first Anniversary I have never been so disappointed!
