巴薩拉公寓(The Pointe Condos by Barsala)

Booked and paid in full 1 month in advance. Paid my deposit as well. They cancelled my reservation the morning of my check in and did not offer any kind of accommodations or compensation. Customer service was horrible. Communication was horrible. Took days for a refund to be put back on my card. We spent our entire weekend checking in and out of hotels everyday due to everything being sold out making it hard for booking consecutive nights. The inconvenience this caused me and my family is unreal. Day after day interrupting our scheduled plans hauling luggage’s in and out different. Spending way more. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!

Beautiful condo! Building is gorgeous! However, we first got there and our beds were not yet made. Sheets, pillowcases and everything was stripped off. We got upgraded to a 3 bedroom condo with garage. The garage was on the opposite side of the building, and we only used it once bc a car would park there and we never got to park there again. The unit was gorgeous, but there was old spoiled food in the microwave, the dishwasher had dirty dishes as well that was not ours, the coffee maker didn’t work, and the tv was way dirty. The whole unit was made to look ready but certainly wasn’t. I called several times and each time I had someone different communicating with me and attempting to transfer me to the building manager, who I got to know very well for a 4 night stay. The property is beautiful, no doubt about it, but is it really worth the trouble of having to call them every ten minutes… I really don’t think so. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you don’t mind the hassle it is to stay here.

Wasnt the most pleasant experience. It took 4 hours to get into the property then another two to get into the room. I called on the 25th to cancel the first three days of stay because of a flight cancelation. They never canceled the days then had ********** call because of no conformation just to find they never canceled it so i paid for three days i wasn't there. I wont be back that was to money to waste.

We liked the amenities. The pool and club house were great and the fire pit was also nice. Only if they had more than 1 fire pit or a hot tub for the fall travelers. The bed needs cleaning or possibly a new mattress. I’m sure the master bedroom has bedbugs or something of that nature. I have over 50 bite marks and so does my other 4 family members. The sofa smells and the pots, pans, dishes and pillow cases were dirty with stains. I’d have to reconsider if I want to stay here ever again. It’s beautiful and modern but the looks were deceiving. I expected a better stay without so many bite marks and itch my entire trip. I’d give a 2/10 overall because of the amenities. Also, no extra towels. They had 3 bedrooms and 2 baths and can accommodate at least 5 but only 3 bath towels. Disappointed.

Will not stay with them again

On the whole, a great place to stay. I did have one issue - stayed in a 2nd floor 3 bedroom unit, and there was a street lamp right outside the master bedroom window - too much light at night even with the blinds closed - made it hard to sleep well. Could be addressed easily and without too much expense - add a dark curtain just to rooms in front of street lamps.

Enjoyed our stay. Property was clean and comfortable. Communications throughout stay were much appreciated. Would definitely would book through this property company again.

Probably the cleanest place I've stayed in. Everything was in place the decor was Fabulous and Comfortable. Workout area and Pool top notch. Just make sure you put parking pass in car or you will be Towed.

Loved the spot it was very modern and the price compared to other spots around the city was amazing, Emily was very informative and helpful. Definitely recommend when in Tampa.
