德雷頓莊園酒店

Check in and check out was simple, room was clean

Conveniently located for work meetings as it is walking distance from the business I regularly visit. Bar area, food and staff are nice - no complaints there. Rooms are pretty basic, no water provided in rooms and instead of shower gel the shower they provide hand wash which was strange

Nice stay & breakfast is lovely!

This is our third stay at the hotel, and we always find it enjoyable and great value. Our only criticism this time would be that they were quite slow to replenish the breakfast buffet, despite us having breakfast during one of the earlier, quieter slots. All staff were friendly and helpful and clearly working hard, but our experience at the Drayton Manor theme park later that day led us to suspect there may be a resort wide issue with staffing levels, which is a shame because that was the only thing that prevented our stay being rated five stars.

We had a wonderful stay. The staff were extremely kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment we arrived. Check-in was very smooth and easy, which made us feel welcome straight away, The hotel was great for families with children. They organised evening activities for kids, and my three children absolutely loved them. It made our stay even more enjoyable. I would especially like to thank a gentleman at the reception desk who was exceptionally kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. He went above and beyond to assist us whenever we needed anything, and his outstanding customer service made a real difference to our experience. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so pleasant. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other families. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
