tres bel endroit un acceuil plus que sympathique des notre arrivee directement une noix de coco a boire le gars se demene pour vs faire plaisir vs pouvez faire du change aussi les chambres tres propres avec un frigo et des boissons enfin le bonheur merci encore

In general, our stay would have been fair, if the manager would had had an honest attitude : breakfast included for 4, we were charged 20 dollars at checkout as we would have agreed before for an extra breakfast (meaning with extra meals and so on). Owner/manger firys trued to convince us that breakfast was not included, then used this extra "agreed" in order to ask us the amount. We did want to argue and paid, he then said than with Hotel.com and moreover middle companies having commissions, it does not worth for him. 12 days in S. Lanka, all bookings with other sites without problem. And in Tangalle, our guide told us this happen regularly. Plenty other places to stay. Finally, customer service not more helpful, keeping only owner version, not yours.

Super cute accomondation inTangalle located almost at the beach (30 seconds walk). We arrived quite late and we were welcomed with a freshly opened coconout. The rooms are super clean and the place is quiet. The owner is a cool dude who knows what to do to make a stay comfortable.

Initially booked three nights and ended up staying a week. Host very ameniable. The Sri Lankan breakfast was great. Room had it's own Wifi router, fridge air con and hot shower. Close to beach and a short walk to town. Short walk up the road to the various restaurants and eateries. Highly recommend

Luaya Beach was amazing, beautiful modern spacious rooms and the most incredible breakfasts! The staff are so helpful and friendly, I would recommend it to anyone and hope I will be able to come back! Thank you

Lahiru and staff are amazing. Nothing is a problem always smiling and want to help Breakfast is a must. I don’t usually eat breakfast but I can’t resist it here WiFi excellent which was import for me contacting home Lahiru really does go above and beyond. I had an accident on my first day and he had helped my husband and I every step of the way. I cannot thank him enough

Great peaceful place. Just off the beach. Helpful staff, great breakfast watching wildlife in nearby trees. Came for two days but stayed a week. Room and all facilities perfect. I cannot think of anything bad to say

Fantastic service. My wife injured her ankle badly first day and the owner drove us to medical centre on several occasions and even arranged food delivery. Hotel is in good setting for beach and town (few minutes walk). Breakfast is amazing. Room clean. Wi-Fi great

Great experience in Tangalle at Luaya. We were in Sri Lanka for 3 weeks and this was the best breakfast by far! The host was exceptional and super friendly. We loved our short time there and if we are ever back in Tangalle would happily stay again. Lots of wildlife in the garden and the locals are super friendly. Thank you for such a great stay.
