我之前住過彩虹天堂飯店。我完全不知道這家樹橋客房也屬於同一家飯店。真是太失望了。房間裡好幾個插座都不能用，浴室裡到處都是蟑螂，噁心感極了。電視遙控器也壞了，陽台門卡住了，關不起來。門可以用指紋辨識器打開，但是裡面的鎖也壞了。這讓我們感覺非常沒有安全感，非常糟糕。我以後絕對不會再來這家飯店了。真是太差勁了！

在Treebridge飯店的住宿體驗非常棒…價格實惠，是享受舒適住宿的理想之選。飯店擁有超棒的室外游泳池，離海邊很近。我們從早到晚都在海裡游泳，之後再去泳池裡暢泳。飯店房間配備了舒適的床、不錯的家具、空調、冰箱、電視、衣櫃、熨斗、吹風機、餐桌和沙發。兩個海景陽台更是無可挑剔。除此之外…Christopper Richard是一位非常棒的協調員，他在我們提前辦理入住時提供了很多幫助…除了是飯店協調員之外，他還是一個非常友善的人，真心關懷客人。他給了我們很多景點和餐廳的折價券。我決定以後如果我再來檳城，就一定找他… 此致， Gokul

Actually I really like the layout and beautiful view of this room, but unfortunately I saw a few rat poops on the balcony. Then I also saw dust under the table and there was a little trash from the previous guest. I think the cleaner was not patient and detailed in cleaning the room. During the check-in process I had a little difficulty because I was not told in advance how to check in especially since it was a self check-in. I had to ask the receptionist first, then she gave me the agent's number. By the way, agent Allan is very humble and friendly, recommended! Overall I am happy to stay here besides of a little flaw, because access to the beach is just a run behind the hotel.
